Effective immediatly all Stain space is reopened for travel to both the Xetic Federation and to the BBA (Atuk, Shinra, Supremecy, BOS, etc). However Stain Empire will remain neutral to the current conflict, nor will any conflict/battle be allowed to take place in Stain space.

As Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Xetic Federation, please be advised that Members of the Official 'Stain Empire' Alliance will have similar rights in XF Space.
I have requested that all XF Pilots refrain from hostilities. This decision is pending confirmation from the XF Council which will convene to discuss the matter further.
I see this as a step forward in healing the rift between the Xetic Federation and the Stain Empire.

I'd also like to let it be known that Xetic has been allowing me to travel freely through their space.

Just a personal piece of curiousity , what are you (SE) gonna do if I kill a Xetic ship in Stain space or am getting killed by one ??

If the MDU (or watever it is) is still there then theyll av to shoot you....like xetic did when celes attacked stain in hed-gp etc...if not then im sure theyre to scared of what will happen to do anything.....

Stain Empire camping HED-GP with Xetic suck big hairy spuds. IMO, If you want to remain neutral camping a gate with one side of the war is not acceptable. Having Stain bubbles scrambling FIVE members while Xetic pound on em is unacceptable.

All 5 guys left in the stain alliance wishes to remian nutral to everyone so that we dont have anyone chase us out of our space, which we freely allow everyone into.
And we have to log too many times already, when hostiles do come, but please dont shoot anyone while your here it might upset the carebears and if they here laser fire they dock and log.

Its not like Xetic didnt already go through Stain space...but theres no Stain peeps in the north area to stop them so heh.
Btw, thank-you Stain for that free Apoc, your pilots ejecting from ships are a great help to recent losses.

Stain basically is being used as a refugee camp for XETIC members fleeing the 5 frontline.

erh? 5 guys in Stain. FIVE is refering to the Five corps in Curse. We just don't appreciate being warp scrambled by SE bubbles while Xetic shoot at us while SE stand by eating popcorn. They are supposed to be "neutral".

People all around need to consider their options.
There simply are people in this game that one can not trust. One should look closely at the history of those involved here and ponder seriously about the futility of short term appeasement and I'm not just talking about the southern part of EVE.
Some people clearly hate XETIC. However, currently, there is a real shortage of non-expansionistic groups that can get along well with their neighbors. What use is uberness when its chaotic and can turn on you?

Normally I make it a point not to post further in a posting of mine as I have said what I needed to say and anything I would say just adds to the flaming. However in this case a few clarifications will be made clearer for those who persist on making up their own mind based on very imperfect information.
The camping of HED, with the warp bubbles you refer to was a one off incident has been dealt with. If the BBA has any repitition of this I suggest you talk to Noob and get him to talk to me. We are neutral and will remain so.
As to the status of Stain. we may have lost some very good corps but we have adapted and are growing again. Stain is alive and well as you can see: Quote:

as Smite themselves are so willing to confirm, our concentration has been on Smite and will remain so until they are dealt with.
As to the penalty for engaging in warfare in our space. Simple, we will do as we always do, same as with friendly fires and other such incidents... take it to the members Boss and let him deal with it.
Finally our stance of neutrality is simple. Both sides are long standing friends of ours. We have no wish to fight either side based on this, and to be honest are very dismayed that it came to this. So once again allow me to reiterate. We will remain Neutral to the current conflict.

No , I was refering to the amount of Stain members left in the alliance.
And secondly what different is Stain camping a gate in Hed with Xetic , or Atuk camping SV5 with Stain like I saw during our war with Stain. Was quite hard to effectivly chase Stain back into Stain when Atuk was guarding all the access points for them.
