Sorry I am very new to this game, but I want to change my corp, and I would like to join the Caldari Navy (which is NPC). Currently I am in SWA, so the starting corp for my system. When I try to join other NPC corps, they won't accept it. But I saw some players which are/were in NPC corps. So how can I join them, or is it impossible ??

AFAIK you need to do some missions for that NPC corp, so you can get your standing to it higher.
Once that standing is high enough they will accept your application.

Well you can, I believe you can simply find a station that belongs to the corp you wish to join. Then click the join corp button on thier office in the station.
Truthfully, NPC corps are for NPC's and not much else. And they don't make a differance, regardless of which one your in. Find a good player corp, your game wil be better for it.

CCP removed the possibility some month ago, so you can't join the NPC corp of your choice anymore, regardless of your standing. If you leave a player corp you will get into a common NPC corp of your faction, like "Caldari Provision" for Caldari players.
As CCP removed the possiblity I guess they also kicked the players in NPC corps like "CONCORD" or "Caldari Navy".

So how did you get into Lai Dai? 
Its to bad they removed it. NPC corps > Player corps.

It's too bad. I love to be able to join the archangels or the Intaki Syndicate. Not with thisa character but it'd be cool.

They kicked Tank CEO out of Archangels, and Kretin Arnon out of True Power..
NPC corps would be fun for roleplaying.. but CCP don't want you deciding their roles I guess :P
