It is rather vexing when certain people that won't ever fight with even odds or even 1 Versus 1 with an advantage, persist in talking smack in local.
Who is the worst Local Chicken Chatter u have ever come across?

I mean u ask these guys what u need to do to 1v1 them and they threaten to get u banned...

The guy with call you names and harass you in local but won't ever back it up. I have never seen him ever do anything but run from a fight.

It goes a little something like this:
A few of us will be out killing people, perhaps camping a gate.
1 of 2 situations will then happen
1) a group similar in size, but always with 1 or two extra ships will jump in/ warp in on us. We warp out and come back at a longer range and fight. This will usually force them to leave and/or die.
2) a group much much larger than us jumps in and we warp out and come back and range and start fighting them. We may kills some support ships + if lucky a a bs. They have a cov ops near us and warp on top of us so we warp out. Smacktalk ensues from both sides.
When we have a lot of ppl on (10 is a lot!), we go looking for a fleet and do our thing. Every time their frigs are almost on top of us we warp out. Its really annoying to fight us so smacktalk ensues once again.
Lists of ppl we have faught outnumbered and won:
JQA (big time)
3FA
Foraken Empire
Force of Evil
Supremacy
Fountain Alliance (again big time)
Stain Empire (6vs60)
Rome (before we were friends)
Arcane Technologies
Shinra
Xetic
Veritas Immortalis
We have smacked and recieved smack from all of them except Rome and Veritas Immortalis. -VI- have twice engaged us equal numbers. Once we won, once they won. We faught ATUK equal numbers and destroyed them (all killmails are on your own killboard).
Yes we smacktalk. However, you will notice it usually stems from comments such as yours. It always takes the form of:
you> All you do is gank indys
us> how about x time when we owned you outnumbered
you> you wear stabs
us> so do you when your travelling. We are constantly in enemy territory and need them when we fight outnubmered.
you> its *** fighting from x range out.
us> Sorry we don't warp in at your optimals, we prefer to warp in at our own optimals
you> mention something else
us> reply with an explination to that comment
etc.

And on topic, not that I want to blanket-generalize but FoE seem pretty bad smackers. I remember me and a small gang were in local as their blob passed through. I was like "hi FoE blob" and they were all like "you suck". They were doing a sort of drive-by, but with angry words instead of bullets. Smack & Go.

Most definitely the worst little smacktalker in history, only time he fought me was when he outnumbered me 3 to 1 (and he lost btw, 2 geddons and 1 raven against my 1 geddon)..even when it was 3 vs 2 he sat and smacked in local and bumped us with his pathetic alts and locked us etc etc.
And thats just 1 example out of countless.

Sorry to discount what Shin Ra says, but Burn Eden are the most conceited smacktalkers ever! When they occassionally fight, it is always on their terms.
As a former member of Burn Eden, they use 2 setups, a 100-120km setup where they camp gates from a distance, and a 4-5 Warp Core Stab Raven fleet.
They pretend like they are 1337, but are really only noobs that only agree to fight on the most narrowest of situations and they will run and safespot if they can't dictate how the battle will transpire.
