Can Camman confirm confirm his bid is still valid, withdrawing bids isnt an option i Thought, if it is sure ill bid but it means nothing..
I suggest you drop this auction and make a new 24h one..
Where are all the other skills, agent runners not accepting them or something 150m for any off the below ok, so please accept the offers if you get them?

Thanks for the clarification CamMan. I didn't think bid retractions were allowed but I'll let this auction continue nonetheless. At the moment, CamMan is the high bidder at 220M. Less than a day left.

Yes, military and political connections do indeed stack on divisions affected by both skills However, I'm not sure whether it 1.0+0.5+0.5 for 2xLP or 1.0*1.5*1.5 for 2.25xLP and if there's a stacking penalty or not.
