Are there plans to increase power grid on Caracal and Cerberus? both of those ships have significantly lower grids in comparison to similar ships of same class. It was done because launchers don't need much grid, but now that they require more, the current grids on missile ships become badly inadequate
Carcal and Cerberus are ridiculously easy to fit as it is.
The powergrid increases hurt minmatar ships ALOT more than caldari, because not only are they short on CPU but powergrid also.
TomB, PLEASE increase minmatar powergrids, Especially the tech 2 ships like the Muninn, Wolf and others.
They are easy till you try to fit that shield tank with damage mods. The Caracal only has a 300cpu, if you fit 5 heavies, that leaves you with only 50cpu left....great, you get a hardener or 1 damage mod. Granted, this is NOT taking Weapon Upgrades into account, and if your a missle pilot without it, yeah, enough said. Also, our lack of lowslots hurt us because we are stuck with our PG/CPU or gimp our ship against damage, scrams, and all those other nice things that go into lowslots. Turret users should get a PG reduction skill, but thats another issue.

And I still cannot believe the ranges that are being added for missiles. They are all out of line. Cruise launcher on a raven doing the same damage as a tachyon on an apoc or 1400mm on a tempest with the shortest range ammo, but hitting at 130km, is NOT fair.
Exactly how? I know that wrecking shots from 1400 do ALOT more than a torp or cruise. Granted that is wrecking, but even a ganked setup temp or gedden will outdamge a Raven without breaking a sweat, and probably toast the Raven before the first torps hit. Great, we have 130km range...still going to take 14-15sec for our Cruise to hit, torps will take significantly longer ( 130/9=14.4 crude, but works). I dont see how BSs are going to fear a Raven outside of 20km. We still dont have T2 mods and our named loot is rare and ultra expensive, as compared to turret upgrades, and we lack the lowslots in all but the BSs to really stack them.

This will solve lots of problems as well as making it more balanced for missile users being able to switch damage types without modifying range.
One last thing - is it occured to the devs that missile ships still dont have to worry about orbiting? In a turret ship often you have to stay still or use alot of fancy flying to minimize transversal, this is not so in a missile ship.
Changing the missle flight times would be nice...but what kind of damage bonus are we talking? Will the Devestator do 50% more base damage like AM? Will it gain that second damage ability to actually hurt your shields? And when has Caldari been short ranged platforms, I always thought we were supposed to have the longest range in the game. Still, I think the delayed action from missle flight time will still be secondrate to turrets ability to instant-hit and faster ROF. Honestly...large missles were only good at killing frigs and missions, not killing other BSs. And we got to keep missles unique, different but balanced.
