The Anti-Cloak! Seriously, atm, cloaking doesnt have a counter. It has its Pros and Cons, but still needs a counter. A new module, and a destroyer that can only fit it, so that the destroyer is the only ship that can see it on its overview or some...

No, missles are much better vs. Class. Yes, the release of the skills w/T2 coming at the same time was a bit crappy...they should have done what they did with the trade skills, ingame and trainable, but not applicable until patch day.

Um...doesnt work like that. You have Electronics-5% to CPU, then you have Engineering-5%PG. You had Weap Upgrades -5% weap cpu usage. Now you get Adv Weap Upgrades -5% weap PG uasage. Dont know, but that looks even/fair to me.

If they are agent handouts, thats complete crap. That will mean most people wont get them, because they are focused on the Faction ships/implants. They should be NPC, and if not, some guidance from the devs would be nice.

Honestly, the fact that you cant carry a complete loadout of missles to play with for 6hrs is good. In the real world, its called logistics, in Eve its called...well, LOGISTICS. Get yourself 1-2 hauler friends, setup at a ss and have all your miss...
