Due to Zarquon Beeblebroxes, Xpohocs and my inactivity our little pirate group needs a battle experienced fleet commander. The person we search for must be a 100% active fanatic! The "old" leaders will help to get the new leader "possitioned" and we also keep playing, but we dont have the time to organize hunts every day.
We recommend:
- good reputation (fairplay/no logoff/no smack)
- if possible known pirate
- experience in small - medium size battles
- ability to lead people
- creativity
- english language and TS
- fearless
- brain
We offer:
- 20 battle experienced pirates

- infrastructure in Pure Blind and Syndicate
- guerillia bases in Yulai and Aunenen

The person we search for will have to take command about our and our allies ships, organise hunts mostly every day (euro time - evening). We really need a fanatic! Someone who has only in mind how to kill or toll other players and how to extract nice loot out of their ships. truly hard times for us.
if i may, i'd like to add some criteria:
-he must have MANLY voice (we don't want Dana International)
-if we happen to get a lady (which is quite impossible), she
somehow must or has to try to be...well...not offended (in a
way) by coments on TS and in-game chanells
-the leader must be innovative and creative. no grumpy old
farts (by mental state i mean)
-(s)he must be alcoholic (amateur at it tho)
-courage is one of the disciplines mankind has respected
troughout its existance. even at ratios 2:1 in our opponent's
odds, he must find a way to kill them (gank way is not the
only way)
-has to know our most common opponents' tactiques, leaders
(1st to kill) and must know capability of ships we fly
-mustn't shower more than twice a week. we are pirates you know

Commanders need rl attributes not many people possess.
There are a lot of good fighters out there, but only a few good commanders.

Btw its good to see naf out of XF hands and back into a proper place
