Where can i find the pirates, the only place where I can warp to is the place where im returning the VIP.

it might b that the pirates r in a different system check ur journal and c if it says

how many bookmarks r in the missions folder? if u only have 1 i sujest that u petition it

I had that mission a number of times when I was doing level 2s. It is essentially a little scavenger hunt in the local constellation to find the sytem that actually has the mission in it(mission bookmark will appear when you are in same system). This was a pretty easy job as my agent always tended to send me to the intersection of PIRATE and OH $#^*& . However in your case things might not be as bad, when you get your mission just check every low sec system within 2 or 3 jumps. You may have already been there as well and not noted it. A number of missions would send me to the same delaptitated space station time and again and more times than not this was the station they were infact referring too
