I like the Dominix. It's got character to it and it's design makes more sense than most ships.

Punisher & cousins - very, very mean looking.
Mammoth (shouda been the Typhoon, since the phoon looks like a wreathe on steroids).
Thrasher & Cyclone - trains barreling down on you
Space Turkey (a la Prophecy)
Pretty much any of the ships that are radially symmetrical (as in, side to side). Who ever it was who designed the initial player ship models must have had a serious vision and/or balance problem.

Amarr shuttle-this is the best looking ship in game.
Armageddon-Wish apoc used this model.

As for battleships, i'll go with the mega and all its skins - yeah i know it looks like a set of trousers but there you go.
Frig, nothing better looking than an incursus imo. Simple, clean, sweet.
Cruisers, i'll go with teh thorax but the caracal comes a close second

Frigate- close one between Jove Wraith/Polaris ship
Cruiser- nothing will beat the thorax...DED cruiser is close tho
BS- Megathron/Eidolon
Titan- Caldari one looks nice...if the one in that screen shot is a caldari titan that is

Definately the Catalyst. The blue metal plates on it look so awsome and it's shape is sweet. It's also got a little spinny thing on top of it, and i think that it's the only ship with an actual animation on it. Anyways, BEAUTIFUList ship by far.

Even though i don't fly amarr ships and hardly ever meet one of these in space, Arbitrator looks damn Sexeh!  , npc variant is 'Blood Arch Engraver' iirc.
After that, Wolf, Jaguar look nice, Red Incursus(Enyo), yes please  .
Claw with the excessive amount of guns  .
Ishtar *drools*.
Tempest is also quite nice but could use an update tbh, compared to most of the other ships most minmatar ships seem 'rushed' by art team     . Rupture looks tough, stabber well very fast(and is )
