If you do not have the information for your own account I'd suggest finding a friend or relative who can accept the transfer on your behalf.

IBAN Number:
Were all required on the invoice doc sent by CCP. Of these UK banks do not seem to use the ABA number or the Routing number. In fact the bank had no idea what these referred to and all information provided came directly from the bank with an assurance that all money transfers abroad required only the sections completed. If CCP want information that even the bank don't recognise and are unable to provide then it's time CCP gave us something else instead as it gives the impression of delay and evasion behind an unnecessary technicality. |

CAS tends to go by the adage of "only grant control of your affairs to those who are reluctant to accept it, and then only under conditions that increase that reluctance." Back to the topic at hand: CCP, pay the people. You also might want to change CCP Dolan's original post at the top of this to reflect what's actually happening with the situation. If you guys are so swamped that you can't keep up with what are frankly pretty basic workflow tasks, stop being such tightwads and hire more help. Honestly, could have hired a temp worker for one week and saved so much hassle and not-best customer perception. ~Boiglio, expecting her tshirt 
The 10 plex not refunded by ccp was paid back to each team captain by Somerblink as a general sponsorship of the tourney (ie one that did not qualify for the plex payment to team sponsors from prize allocations) |

I cannot find the chat logs of that particular event either. While I am still 90% I got the full 36 plex back, I am willing to be wrong.
You got 26 back from ccp, then 10 donated by somerblink. So you got 36 back, but 10 of those were outside ccp. So it cost you nothing if you look at it that way, but ccp was still paid 10 plex per entrant. Hence we did pay ccp to allow us to enter this tournament. Alternatively you could look at it that if ccp had given a full plex refund then you you should have been 10 plex richer than before you paid your entry fee due to the generosity of somerblink, rather than at break even.
And I still have not received either money or email. My faith in Loxy's intervention is waning. |

Still haven't received an email so I assume everything is ok. if an email has gone out though, It's at least some news that things are moving forward. Make sure that the email tied to your account is still active. We've had some problem with people forgetting that the email tied to their account management is one they don't use anymore. The account is back online anyway, just resubbed it. The e-mail address is also confirmed to be active and correct.
My email's fine too, but you don't seem to want to write to me. |

At this point in time I'm beginning to feel that ccp should be throwing in an extra toy as a sorry for being so utterly useless. Time for a big sorry from ccp, a novel ship type would be good. Doesn't have to be AT standard, though that'd be a nice gesture, but something for all the NEO team players who've been waiting all this time wouldn't go amiss. |
