If you add just one command make it 'return and scoop'
I would not add an 'auto' scoop on warp, as sometimes you have to warp out and not wait for your drones. If you have time you can click the new  'return and scoop' and then warp, if you get them you get them if not you hopefully made it out alive.
A nice feature (that you could toggle on/off) would be a pop up warning saying, "You have drones deployed do you really want to warp?"
Another nice feature would be if you drones actually remembered you were their 'owner' if you get dropped (or warp out), so when you reconnect you could 'return and scoop' without flying all over the place. Maybe to avoid a perceived abuse, on a drop or warp out, then reconnect/warp in, disable attack until they are scooped and relaunched. But make the scooping much easier

What I've noticed while playing is that my drones only auto-mwd to me when they are getting their asses kicked. Besides the times that they are taking damage the enjoy taking their damn time.
