How come a few spawns don't drop 1 run bpcs or some sort of certificate for a 1 run bpc with some preconditions? Mission Agents are dumb, and they ask too much LP for faction frigs. I wish there were other agents which would help you cash in special items provided you had the faction standing necessary to access them. Standing can be acquired in other ways besides mission running afterall.

They aren't ment for everyday use. They're a richmans play toy, and if you don't want to do missions to aquire them you could always buy them off escrow.

not useless, good for flying around in secure space getting people to say "ooooh" and "aaaah" and "what a waste of money"

Faction = named tech 1
They aren't useless they just aren't tech 2. They are all far better than the standard tech 1 frigate they are based on.

They might become more common after certain officer spawns get a change of dropping BPC's for them, though.

hmm, not usless huh.......tell me somthing would you take one of these to a ceptor fight or take on multiple frigs with one?
let me spell it out for you N - O......
plus i dont care if there far better, if i cant use it in pvp and then be able to replace it right after i lose it, then its usless, nothin but a trophy and trophies wont get you far end of story......

That's your opinion, bud. There are many people who define a trophy as being perfectly useful, as long as they can zip between stations with it, and use it for the occasional mission.
Not everybody gauges usefulness against its utility in PvP.

I PvP, but there is no way I'd use a faction ship in it, mainly because they cost so damned much, and T2 is better. A trophy they might be, but still, they look just so damn cool
