To be honest your posts remind me of Eeyore. Everybody has posted positive advice and you are all like "oh i guess my only hope is to spend 30 days correcting my mistake" "I guess its back to some other game in 30 days". Either you are super trolling, in which case you are doing it right, or to be honest you are the kind of person we probably don't need in game.
You can literally just get a cruiser, go to some empty lowsec, and kill rats for like a day or two. That'll bring you above -2.0, and at -1.X you can enter any highsec. If you can't figure out how to do this, you are probably in the wrong game.
Also if you had to google Eeyore, log out now and go have a childhood.

As someone else said, if you are already close to -2.0, dont even go to lowsec, just kill rats in a .5 for a while, dont even have to really pay attention to the screen, do it while you're watching tv. If this thread is legit - which I find hard to believe - the OP has to kill less than 5 BS rats in different systems to get back to -1.9 in worst case scenario with fast talk III.
This should take less than an hour from fitting a ship in high sec and travelling to nul or even low. He could pick up a single mission in .9 or below and kill one BS rat every 15 minutes and do it in an hour. wtfits.
The thread has devolved into people showing off (if it can be called that) about how piratey they are and a slew of advice making it seem dramatic to gain 0.1 sec...
OP either needs to pat himself on the back for a fair troll or read a bit before he cries on forums.

If your sec status is going down, your doing it wrong.
What your doing is called ganking and being a pirate and as a result you suffer the consequences.
If you are in 0.0 or at war with a corp your sec status will not go down when you kill targets.

You can bring that back above the -2.0 cutoff with one good mission.
