This was a good day.
We marched into DZ6 , took the station back , blow up a fully active POS , took all the ammo etc and called it a day.
I was going to quote some more of your own (Xetic) forum post but the rest of 5 now knows wot it said anyways...

this was the most fun i have had for ages taking down a Pos. Being a xetic pos made it even sweeter
even with sniping bs hiding in the pos,being wimps.
respect to fellow corpmates,eventnova guys and anyone else who help.

Small POS - True
No Active guns - False. We just chose to stay out of their range.
Reinforcement mode 8 secs - Who forgot to supply the hangar ?
Newbies - Hardly
Good Fun - Absolutely.
Not only was a POS taken but also several support craft, and Battleships.

tho onto orig subject, stated by u, u needed to take back a station from them. obviously showing that it isnt the "last remnants".

Fang, was reffering to the idea that Xetic, are completly unable to bring together any sort of offence for a significant amount of time, and at that, seem to perfer hidding in a fish bowl rather then fighting when they have the numbers.
This is what killed Xetic. Sure they had the numbers, and in many ways still do. However, through out the campain we have seen perfect examples of how not to run an allience. We bring a fleet, they have more pilots mining in the system next door then they do in thier own fleet. We take a station, everyone runs and waits for someone else to take it back so they can get thier stuff out. They bring thier own fleet, and most of them log off when we show up, and sneek back to empire during the next few days. They couldn't even so much as mustered more then 4 pilots to defend the space they were attempting to reclaim in the last few days.
This is why Xetic is dead. In all honestly they are frankly a poor excuse for an allience. DDC and CLS were, the glue that held them together, becuase they seemed to be the only two corps who were actually willing cooperate and do things for the allience rather then for them selves. Frankly, the remaining corps are nothing more then a collection of pilots who share a chat channel. IT has nothing to do with skill points, or tactics, and everything to do with attitude. They don't work together, they don't cooperate, they simply play for the good of them selves, and nothing more.

saying they cant muster a significant force right? so explain to me how their insignificant force took your station? unless stations hav changed drastically and i havent found out about it, wouldnt "4" ppl attacking a station take i dunno...a couple days. which means that, that 4 ppl was able to fend off your entire corp(and maybe rest of 5) for a couple days, while taking a station. seems pretty far-fetched, right? which only leaves one explanation to what you said...your lying.

The station isn't next door, it's 40 jumps away. Whatever force they did have to take the station disapeered pretty quick once we were near.

The fact that SUPRM were in Curse at the time of the station being taken. Xetic took the station whilst it was unguarded, as soon as a force turned up they ran away and the station was taken back again without any attempt from the Xetic guys stopping us. They hid in their fishbowl, so we decided we would take the fight to them. They still wouldn't come out of their bowl, so we took their bowl from them.

I think Lorth was saying they couldnt muster a significant force to actually fight, agreed they had a very large fleet together to take the station and took it down very quickly so fair play to them for that. I believe the fleet was about 40 ships or so with indies loaded with torps and ammo, it was well executed by XETIC. However as soon as we showed up to engage their fleet they disappeared and the fleet has not returned.
They then put up a POS aswell and now that has been taken down. Just suprised they can muster a large fleet to take a station but not any size fleet for defending it.
