As a side story to this it would be nice, if possible, to hear from the people involved if Reikoiku's presence in Deklein during the first Evolution war had something to do with RKK and Evol becoming friends.
If that is true what kind of help did RKK grant Evolution during that conflict? Giving Evol safe passage through Deklein into Branch? Or acting as middle men in the hauling of war materials?
I think, if anything like this happened, now is the time to let the public know, as it would be hardly surprising. It may shed some light on the reasons why tensions grew between RKK and PA.

Yes, afaik FE proposed a deal to NVA (actually much more than a NAP) but NVA discussed it internally and decided against it I think in an unanymous fashion.
After JF was booted and PA was formed these discussions were not restarted, the NAP that happened a few weeks later was caused mainly by the Evol-PA war and stayed as a NAP, not an alliance or a MDP or anything else, it was a simple no-shoot policy.

Anyways, I think it is best to lock this now and have those people listed interviewed.
I think that will be a nice work of historical journalism on what was one of the most intense episodes in the history of the starcluster.
