Good Evening,
The Imperium Fleet with the assistance of our allies G, Foundation and Forsaken Empire (The Liberators), began its liberation of ATUK space at approximately 22:00 (game time) on June 10th.
As of this time, at least 3 stations have fallen to our righteous forces.
Aside from the usual local smacktalk and the occasional straggler gank, ATUK has thus far failed to field any force to challenge the military supremacy of the Liberators' Navies. For the time being, the Liberation Forces have total operational freedom through all of ATUK space, although vigilance is suggested for any travelers as small scale squads of various allegiences are known to be operating in the ATUK (specifically Catch) Regions.
As of this time, The Liberators are hereby placing all ATUK Space under temporary military occupation. As a gesture of good will, all Imperium, G, or Foundation conquered stations will be placed at 0% tax. We highly recommend you perform any desired refining or activities in conquered stations at this time. All sponsored mining corps are hereby directed to remove their ATUK sponsorship from Bios and Corporation Descriptions and place an acknowledgement of Imperium-G-Foundation Subordination, contact an Imperium Diplomat and state your intentions, and you will be unharmed by our forces. For your own safety, please avoid all Liberator Fleets for the time being.
Corporations who wish to begin occupying and operating in Curse, please contact an Imperium Diplomat or member to arrange those details. Any mining restictions, quotas, or fees are hereby abolished and you may strip the belts as you see fit.
As with any other combat operation, situations are fluid and we will make public statements as information becomes available, within the constraints of Operational Security.

Thats not entirly true. They are atuk stations so we have have to constantly make sure they dont log off. |

We had a fleet ready to go, when The 5 was in its operating hours, they had a fleet the same size as ours. As we began moving toward them to fight the fled and then logged off. Shortly after ATUK convoed Xirt sayin they didnt want a blob war, (unless they have the blob), To punish the cowardness of the 5 pilots we are taking their space from them. HAIL THE DARK LORD.

With all due respect. I was on for nearly the whole day, bar a few breaks for food and smokes. There was never at anytime a fleet put together anywhere close to you guys. Perhaps you saw a collition fleet? I think they were in the area. Though you'll never believe it, it certainly wasn't us.

You can try to double talk all you want. we know it was a 5 fleet. ATUK was moving with us in empire untill we jumped into 0.0 in HED when the 50 ship 5 fleet in HED then logged. then we moved toward the confirmed 5 fleet and again they fled. 5 had a fleet and fled so not only did you without a doubt have a fleet but you also lost control of your space/ stations.
At this point Chowdown and Lal need to jump in and spin it so we lost our entire fleet fighting them in PA space and it was the 5 the was taking stations not Imperium.

This forum post is apt because last night whilst liquidating assets from curse I was podded by The Imperium Fleet in HED. Unfortunately for me 24 hours had not elapsed so that I could rid my self of these degenerates within ATUK.
Earlier that night ATUK in there wisdom decided that I and my son (The Judge) were FA spies podded and kicked from corp.
No reason other then being labeled a spy which is a load of absolute Bull SH-- no evidence offered because there is none; just a kangaroo court by there illustrious so called leader n00b Scriptor or as I call him nute *******. It would appear to me that because we were not chatting away on TS about how bloody marvelous ATUK are and because we had not killed loads of neutrals in our first 40 days that we were obviously spies!
Yes we were former FA members last of all apart of JAZZ who decided to leave FA space move to curse and set up a new home being sponsored by ATUK, Jazz decided within a couple of months of moving to Curse to relocate back to empire but the Judge and I decided we wanted to stay in Curse and get into PVP so ATUK seemed appropriate, whist we did not agree with some of there methods we thought we were settling in building ships for PVP etc. Alas they are totally paranoid and without honor turning on their own members for the entertainment it obviously provided.
Ironically if there truly is a spy in their camp he or she is still their.
By the end of tonight the 24 hours will be up and The Judge & I will again be honorable members of EVE so if any corp is able to offer us a new home in 0-0 PvP (20 Mil Skill Points each) and preferably not friendly with ATUK please contact us in Game.

that was about 10-15 of us who clone jumped back to agil and were moving towards fa :). and we werent following u, we just happend to be going same direction which broke off in keberz.

We come in north 4 weeks ago for PVP and we make PVP.We dont go to take stations we just stay strict to fleet angageaments ,in these time we dont see anny IMP araund the area of torrinos/ROIR.
Now you come in south ,and you perfectly avoid fleet angageaments last night and go straight to taking station .
Let my tell you somthing ,you CANT control curse area coz are too manny NPC station we are there ,we will be there ,and you are to far away from your home,and you will never come back in north in 1 peace.
I think all eve see now who is the noob in pvp combat ,the ones who come just for fleet fight or the one who take station for no reson and log off after.

For my self i have respect on the ppl i fight even if they blow me up i don t care it part of the game.
i remember 1 of your mate in a megatron when we was 5 frigate on him loging off to save is megatron. but earlier he was calling our little drunken fleet of frigate safespot warrior. 5 frigate against 1 dominix, 1 armagedon, and him in is mega
20 minutes later he was alone and trap and ooops log off at planet v while he was going down.
he log back 1hrs after we was 1 jump of him but we say ATUK are log off warrior
so pls BRING IT

We come in north 4 weeks ago for PVP and we make PVP.We dont go to take stations we just stay strict to fleet angageaments ,in these time we dont see anny IMP araund the area of torrinos/ROIR.
Now you come in south ,and you perfectly avoid fleet angageaments last night and go straight to taking station .
Let my tell you somthing ,you CANT control curse area coz are too manny NPC station we are there ,we will be there ,and you are to far away from your home,and you will never come back in north in 1 peace.
I think all eve see now who is the noob in pvp combat ,the ones who come just for fleet fight or the one who take station for no reson and log off after.
Xirtam the F***** elfs kick your ass to bad on WoW and you come to beat the sh** out of 4 lausy station ?!?!? DUDE WTF ,GROW UP!!

We never ask isk we ask nothing for that only rerspect and the ex-ca that know us know that we kept our words and we will do every thing to save 1 mate even if he is not in corp.
So think 2 time about JLO if you was able to mine 1 corp was doing the protection.

I think even the guys up north won't debate that we don't mind equal odds at all. and jump into the weirdest situations cus we like to have fun. All imperium can do is piggyback on G and IRON. Interesting now that the initially denied blobs existance is confirmed, the secondary statement is made that the 60 pilot fleet had other plans. How and why you set your fleets to a task is your business, but the invading fleet only sees what you actually did in game and only has that information to work with. We saw your fleet accumulating and when we went into HED a fleet battle appeared emminent.
What else could we think when your fleet slipped into safe spots and never stepped up to the challenge?
Now, you state your plans were to move to FA space. Again, the reasoning is your business, but a mistake was made in assuming that defending home space would have top prioroty.
As for the length of time the stations are held, that will not negate the fact that 3 stations were taken. A large ATUK (et al) presence was there to do something about the attacks and chose not to act. I assumed that those involved wisely chose to stay away because they knew they would suffer massive losses.
We all know most spaces are owned or not-owned depending on the in game presence of the 'owners'. However, losing a station is a tangible loss, and not simply a loss of 'presence' in the space. No re-taking of the stations will remove the embarrassment of losing 3 stations without a fight while a 60 ship fleet was somehere in game, which at one time was in the same system as the invading fleet.
Generally, the price of 'wisely not losing massive numbers to a superior enemy' results in having to deal with the aweful taste of humility. The only counter to that bitter taste of humility is to reclaim your stations and figure out a plan to avoid a repeat. Doing so does not diminish what was already done. Not reclaiming the stations would be a strong bit of evidence that a serious problem exists with ATUK, et al. It will be interesting to watch how this all develops.
And for the love of (insert your favorite diety here), why do so many have to resort to child-like playground talk in these forums?
Not one single ship has ever been destroyed on the forums.

There was FA forces and PA in the mix too, so its more like 7 alliances came to take stations from ATUK.
Also i know ATUK planned to leave on this day to FA space for quite a few days. This info was leaked, so its funny you guys picked this day to mass in 200+ pilots from 7 different alliances to come.
:) ah well im sure the good guys of eve, the 5 alliance, will prevail. the evil pirates that IMP are will not prevail, they were defeated and ran out of CA before, and they will be ran out again. PA the other pirates along with G will go back running in a matter of weeks.

Yeah right and when G was down south (about a month ago) [5] left for the north because G wasn't there so we had to head back north...
Just for your information G waited a couple of days if [5],ASCN and MC would continue their "invasion" and then decided to head back down south when you guys weren't comming.

5 goes to IMP, and they can roam all through IMP space.

So what's the difference? 5 makes goes when they hope to find the owners at home and go for the fleets. IMP first makes sure the owners aren't home and then goes for the stations

We moved to engage their fleet, unfortunately their fleet followed us several jumps then bailed out to another destination claiming they did not want a blob war.(This destination was supposedly FA space.) Soon after entering 5IVE space, the small group of them reappeared behind us, attempting to pick off stragglers from our main fleet. So, since 5IVE would not fight us, we chose to take their stations.
