wht is est in comparsion to gmt?
its nowhere near best ingame but a long shot 
how longs the sniper is it rolling?

Why would you ever misslead people by saying that this is best in game?
It takes 20 seconds to lookup Cap Relays on EVE-I and see that it is way off the best in game!

Sry, I didnt know you can look items up on that site. Its the best non commmander anyways... :P

heh wrong again.....TS cap relay has same stats and thats a faction item not commander
