I would normally never do this here, but Mynnna was feeling peckish I guess and linked this in chat. A lot of this depends on how fast you want to liquidate when you return, but in general.
300B in BS, Tier1's
100B into Megacyte
100B into Zydrine
100B in Guidance Systems
50-100 in Planetary Vehicles
Whatever else you liquidate dump into PLEX as a hedge.

Not that I know of. I have never given advice outside of the collective until now, though I suppose someone else may have.
I dislike procurers as we know how much is out there, and it is a stupid stupid amount. Not that it is a bad investment, it just sounds more like he wants to come back and be able to liquidate a large portion of his ISK for usage. I could be misreading his intention, but if he wants 50%of capital back within a couple months cashout, minerals/ships/pi/plex are solid bets. Spreading the cashout across all of those means he gets his ISK back quick.
Zyd/Mega because any null revamp almost certainly has to fix anom mining somehow. BS fairly easy cashouts when you look at ISK/day he can get out of them. PI far less so, but that is where the big returns will come in general. So a nice mix of fast cashout and high % hits.
Full Disclosure, about half that list I am in now, or would be in, in the same timeframe as the OP.

Also, use buys holy crap. Someone hit PV to 100k. Guess that is one way to do it.
