This is the same "fix" route as CCP took with NPC haulers...problem with the cargo they were carrying occasionally being Tech II, so instead of fixing the list, they just emptied them all, wiping out a whole profession overnight...
Do your job properly CCP. No more spit and chewing gum fixes please.

Ive never done this personally, but it seems like it eliminates a variety of strategic options.
I think the old adage of measure twice, cut once should be applied to any changes to the core rules of the game.

This was really the only thing I did'nt like in the patch, I agreeded with the missels changes unlike a few people but this is just sooo anoying.

especially for the armour rep fitting thing. Used to slap a 1400 offline, now you have to unfit, refit, reload etc. Just more pointless clicks.

I agree. As far as i know, it was only a few mondules that had this bug, so why kill some nice setups just so like 2 modules will work properly.

My agent needlessly sends me to jump all over the place for missions, so I put one gun offline so I can install an MWD to fly to the system. Now I have to uninstall it and use up the space in cargo which I need for ammo.
Aside from the fact that all the extra configuring is annoying.
