Am I going to die doing the post-coldwar version of this mission? I always remember it being a bit on the difficult side..
im scared to go in with my raven.

Imagine all of the deadspace rats suddenly being able to hit you with all of their missiles for full damage.
(In the pre-patch version their missiles had limited range, so you had a bit of leeway to kill NPC's before you got into their range)

I've had to warp out twice so far .. but it's not as bad as I thought it was.
Still one of the harder caldari missions. Damn things are throwing all kinds of missiles at me.
I got a bit worried when Zor's group started coming at me. They were doing awesome damage and my drones were having trouble taking out the spider drones.. I took out the drones and 2 cruisers before I had to warp out, going to go back in and probably finish them off this time.
This is definitely one of those "BE CAREFUL" kinda missions. I can see someone unprepared losing a ship in this easily, i don't care what ship your'e flying.

that's while he was webbed :( it was like fighting 4 battleships.. they were taking off damage faster then my shield booster could recharge my shields. i think the first group with 4 wingmen was nearly as tough as zor's group with 4 cruisers, 6 frigates, 2 spider drones and a highend named battleship that launches cruise missles faster then any caldari ship.
I have pretty high missile skills and I'm not complaining about the damage, I'm just saying.. be careful on this mission, it's a bit on the tough side.. in a "Wtf, overwhelmed before I knew what happened" kinda way.

Ouch.. had to warp again after killing one more cruiser and 2 frigs.
that zor is insane, he's firing missiles faster then I am in my Raven.
it's going to feel really good kicking his ass!

Surely if webbed it should be doing more damage than that?

i do lvl 4 damsel in a cerburus, tried it in the raven but its much more fun in the cerburus, have to warp out once in the cerb every time after killing the damn spider drones tho , but once they are sorted, i warp back and and start on zor first as he is usually the fastest, then take out the rest from my max lock range.

arbie assault launcher and defenders used to negate all damage taken by zor. it was such a perfectly timed defense that one could almost call it a sploit.
with the new missle speeds, might wanna try a rocket launcher and defneders. cruise missles still pop with one defender hit.

OUtrunning the explosion velocity is a minor part of the new missile damage equation :P

i hadn't realized how much of a wimp zor was.. he can deal damage but he goes down quick, after killing him the rest of it was pretty easy.
yeah, seems as though webs hardly help against small frigates which I think is rediculous. Whatever, I'm still loving the new missile changes.
with most frigates it's OK, the smallest ones seem a bit unbalanced though. Let us please at least do 50dmg or so to small interceptors while webbed? Not a whole lot to ask for.. I can handle it as it is now, I just want a reason to use my web. Target painters also seem to have very little effect on these tiny frigates..
I use a web mostly for my drones.. lately they have been acting stupid, they have trouble catching up with their targets. 3 will do OK, but the other 3 seem to sit outside of their optimum not doing any damage. I don't know why this is.. but webs definitely help. Without my drones I'd be useless in lv4 missions.
