The serious answer would be; None. As CCP should nerf that one as well. There should be no uber ships  Though everything seems fairly balanced atm.

Nothing, I hope.
I think that was the point to all of this nerf/balancing. After a year and a half of playing, I am seriously looking at my own faction's ships.
At base level, all ships SHOULD be roughly the same by class. From there, skills, modules, experience and preference should dictate their use and effectiveness. IMO, it sucks to have one race or class of ship be ultra-uber...for any purpose.

Seems a good majority of the mission runners i have seen this week are now apocs.
Personally with it's superior tank superior drone bay I think it is going to be the new mission runner.

As far as missions go it is the Apoc. Not a single apoc runner I have spoken to has been adversly effected by the mission nerfs simply due to the ships sheer firepower, cap and tank all in the same package.

The raven will be replaced by the raven. No brains really needed, missiles are still fire-and-forget, its just that your missiles work better on dumb targets, and worse on smart ones.
Missile nerf = missile boost

Name one battleship that the apocs drone bay is superior to?
I think the raven will be replaced by a ship from the race of whatever the character happens to be from.
Apoligies was thinkin that the apoc had 200m3 drone bay instead of 150m3.

Raven uber? 
Think you need to check the kill-boards. Raven was (past tense) a fun ship to fly - missile gfx were quite nice. Its armor sucks - Caldari are shield tanks.
I reckon there's not much between the tempest and apoc as the best bs in the game currently (when combined with a good pilot of course)

I'll go on with the Raven for some time. I tried to hunt Angels with my armor tanked Typhoon after the death of my Raven, but it was not really fun. The Typhoon suffers the same from the missile nerf like the Raven. The only advantage of the Typhoon is the huge drone bay.
I need a ship, that tanks good vs. all sorts of damage, that's able to do explosive damage and that works without T2 guns and xx million skillpoints => Raven is still the best for my purpose. Sniping with a Tempest could be an alternative for me, I'll try that later. ( Usually I fly Minnie ships. I trained the Raven just because it was the best choice and a Minmatar needs the missile skills anyway, so two weeks training Caldari stuff or something like that didn't matter. )

actualy i gaven iit some thought, the cerberus with tech 2 heavy launchers and uber high missle skills etc. is gonna replace the raven

Yeah, that's what I'd reckon too. tech II 250s, lots of armor hardners, 4 cap chargers,AB, a tech II L repair and bobyouruncle.
OFC I'm assuming the original poster meant "uber for NPCing", cuz as many have already pointed out, Raven was hardly the uber PvP ship even before the missile nerf.

Raven will be replaced by the Raven, its still a very effective ship in the hands of a good pilot, its just no longer a jack of all trades.
If the missile system ever gets optimised so we know how it actually works and it works how it should :P it will be better again.
