A quick update:
Just so that everyone is aware, I am available to talk on voice comms (TS3, Mumble, Skype, etc.) for those who are interested in more direct communication. Groups that would like me to field questions from their members, for example, could take advantage of this.
As I live in Taiwan, my hours are a bit limited. Here are the general times that IGÇÖd be free to talk each day:
Sunday GÇô Thursday: 1200 GÇô 1600 EVE Time
Friday GÇô Saturday: As this is the weekend, my schedule is much more flexible. Contact me if you have a time that works for you, and IGÇÖll see what I can do!
I hope to hear from many of you in the near future! Nathan Jameson for CSM 8! My CSM 8 Blog My Twitter |

Stupid is not understanding the difference between "fine, could always be improved" and "broken, needs fixing to be fully functional." I'll give you a hint. It determines priorities. |

out of all the things that could be worked on in wormhole space POSs are the number one
having just recently moved back to WH space ive forgotten how awful POS life is....from opening cans in hangers. lag moving between ships. not able to setup t3 ships andproduction chains? my god
that is something that would help alot of players and should be top goal for ccp
next to that id really like to see more t3 ships but i know others wouldnt..... |

I am going to ask you the same thing that i asked James Arget in his thread.
What are your thoughts on :
nullsec stagnation ~ Nullsec ore changes ~nullsec industry changes ~nullsec force projection changes Hisec vs lowsec mining Hisec miner ganking Lowsec repopulation ship / module imbalances User interface changes Inventory changes other pos changes other corp role changes other industry changes
Wh specific What changes to wh space would you want ? what would you never want to have changed? Its not possible to please all the people all the time, but it sure as hell is possible to Displease all the people, most of the time.

I'd for one like to see something to push more people into lower class holes. It would drive conflict, increase their value, and make it more fun for everyone. |

I don't think it's the lack of incentives...pilots in lower-class wormholes can make a pretty decent killing from sites and PI. It's all the hassle that goes with it that either drives them back out or discourages them in the first place. The headache of setting up a proper POS for the first (or second or third) time. Setting up and managing PI installations each day. Not bringing in more people into corp for fear of theft. Being periodically curb-stomped by larger groups because you have too few pilots.
The first thing we need to do is improve the tools the games gives incoming corps. Then we can more accurately gauge if it is indeed lack of incentive that keeps lower-class wormholes quiet. Nathan Jameson for CSM 8! My CSM 8 Blog My Twitter |

originally it was a grab bag of things that could be responded to. not to suggest specific changes or particular ideas that i wanted addressed, but a jumping off point for thing to be addressed.
I know youve seen the James Arget thread where i have been branded a troll, and know that ive read your blog and the Jita park corner thread before posting here. the same as with James Arget
However. from you i am more interested in changes or ideas not specific to wh that you would like to see talked about in the CSM.
Notice if you will, the list deals mostly with Nullsec as an environment that i feel has grown somewhat stagnant. both in the way that alliances deal with its members and with the space. Things that i think will transfer over to some degree to wh space. I am interested in how useful a CSM member you will be speaking about issues that are universal in nature, and not just wh specific space issues.
Also, how closely do you follow the test servers changes ?and try them before they go live? Its not possible to please all the people all the time, but it sure as hell is possible to Displease all the people, most of the time.

i agree with that but as said here. pos updates could fix that....
when looking for a wh corp i wanted c5 or larger or bust. i have the skill points to be of use but most cuz why leave fw with 75-100 m isk an hour and lots of small gang scrums for the same isk living out of a pos not always in control of the content i will play each day?
if im going to deal with wh logistics i want a bigger chanellge and rewards
not that everyone has this view but im guessing poor pos ui really limits lower sp or newer pilots. the ones that would live in c3s etc |

Basically here's the TL:DR version
We decided to kill as much stuff as we possibly could in one day and invited Wrong Hole along to return the favour since they invited us on one of their ops recently.
1. Started with BLOPS into Providence - lost a couple of arazus - killed a few things much lols were had.
2. Came across a POCO in lowsec coming out of reinforcement, saw it belonged to Sanctuary Pact who we still had blue balls about since they refused to fight us when we came across their C5. (and rolled one of their carriers out) Funny thing is, were involved in killing that exact same carrier pilot when that poco came out of reinforcement (and all the TEST guys came in) - we bailed on that as we hate TIDI. (there's more involved with the null alliances but well - IDC for nullsec alliance stuff)
3. The day before we had scouted a POCO coming out of reinforcement in a connecting c5 which was reinforced by a 20 toon (probably 4 man) corp who had recently moved in (and from their pos layout were new to WHs). I saw that they had a Moros and Thanatos sitting unmanned in the POS and hoped they would use them to destroy the POCO. Well let's leave it at that they didn't disappoint us. (Still waiting for Evekill to post the Thanny)
Anyways, much lols and drinks were had and it was a very successful day.
CCP please consider hats as a clothing option for our spaceship barbies.-á

I found this quote "There's no unified wormhole vote this time, because Two Step isn't running; the w-space vote is likely to be fractured and thus irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. " from this Mittani.com article intriguing.
As I understand it though everyone decided that a WH Primary was not needed? |

Two Step was basically the only persona we would have entrusted with setting up a primary, and he said before the announcement of voting changes that none would be held.
The logic is that as long as ALL wormholers put ALL wormhole candidates at the top of their lists (in any order), and as long as we control at least 1/14 of the overall vote, we will get SOMEONE on the CSM, simply because of the way STV works. Nathan Jameson for CSM 8! My CSM 8 Blog My Twitter |
