I think he was just explaining how to scan in general Maya.
It's seriously not in that system with a cosmic signature, Nor is there anything sensical that would lead me to believe that there's a farm there. So either you got a bookmark with the mission, it's at that other plantation next door that you said was for another mission, it's outside that constellation, or it's broke :)
I'm guessing it's broke.

In future if you need a scanner pilot, just drop me an ingame evemail and I'll try to help ya out somehow if I can. Add me to your buddy list or whatever and feel free to ask for scanning anytime.
If you can isolate the ship types your looking for on the manual scanners, I'm sure we can find it.
That particular system though is very large as far as AU distance making it very very difficult to isolate anything but what is obviously there and marked.
Combine the distance between planets and the fact they are almost in a straight line accross the system does not help much either. It's hard to get to the other axis for triangulating and your so far from one planet to next that the manual scanners only pick up what's close. Lots of bookmarking, lots of warping, lots of manual high high speed piloting needed for that system.
One will need a very very fast ship and many hours to fully search that systems and ultimately I don't think there is any "amarrian" outpost there from what I saw.
Atleast the GM was able to clear it for you.
The only other thing I can think of is maybe the bookmark for the amarrian outpost comes from completing one of the 3 things there.
You may have the right system for locating the amarrian outpost location bookmark but may have to complete something here to get it.
That or it's definitely broke.

Just a crazy question
Has anyone cleared the 3 complexes there and hacked all possible hack cans in each one?
I'd bet the location of the complex your looking for will probably come from inside one them 3 complexes.
Just an idea.

So I was finally offered this mission, so I went back for another look. Still can't find anything farmish. I did find a random spota little ways off from an asteroid field, but there wasn't anything there but 4 empty spawn containers, and some LCOs.

Just finished the mission in question. Agent states that if you are not able to use probes you should check out every moon in system manually. It is a pain in the butt as there are over 30 moons in Barkirk, but you should be able to do it pretty fast in a shuttle or even a capsule.
I found mine entrance to complex at Planet V - Moon 3. Complex alone was laughable really :|

I know this is an old thread, but I did not see an updated one
Anyway, complex is at 5-3 and you need an amarr captain insignia I, which I hadn't gotten from the cosmos but did have from other missions. it is used up on entry but you get a bunch more in the complex, along with Bono Zakan corpse for Mwaku Ristiger mission 4.

Instead of scanning, just ask in LOCAL. alot of ppl are selling the BM for the hidden plex :)
