Hi there.
Today I want to show you all, howGÇÖs GOONSWARM can scam in GÇ£buyingGÇ¥ Super Capitals.
In first time want to notificate you all guys: DO NOT SELL YOUR SupCap TO GOONSWARM!
This is brazen liars. They can not be trusted.(Ofcourse already know that if saw their behavior)
Let me show you how itGÇÖs doing.
ARIMAN was sell his nyx first time, ofcourse on official forum, but he didn't got guaranted ISK for nyx..
Application has been the announcement of the sale of the NYX. After some time, eve mail comes from a potential buyer: Xayder.
Further, they have invite to convo and started discussing the deal.
Buyer was Xayder. They work together with Lord Xander - who tried to be guarant. He said that he really important person in Goonswarm.
But I guess that Xayder and Lord Xander just an alts.

Xayder(buyer) said that we must send ISK to him(1.1 bil for t2 rigs) and only THEN he will send promised ISK for NYX

Scamming is encouraged by the Goons, the only things they say you shouldn't do to extort money out of people are:
- Claim to be a Goonswarm diplomat
- Suggest someone buy a PLEX with irl money
- Scam in the newbie/recruitment channels, but pulling people out of those into private chats and scamming them is fine
- Character scams
- Scam blues (whether they mean Goons specifically or include their meatshields too I'm not sure)

I'm sorry to hear about this. This is not how we conduct business in GSF. It angers me that one of our directors have done this to you. I have spoken to the other officers and we have requested that the person behind the Retirement Fund Admin character steps down.
We will of course reimburse your loss fully, and and take steps so this never happens again. I am required by Corp policy to request that you send me a security deposit of 20% of the amount of ISK that you have lost in the transaction as an investigation fee. You will of course get the ISK back, along with your lost ISK at the end of the investigation.
