true story: i was headed down to san antonio from Hood in my sister's grand am. the rear license plate light was out, and a highway patrolman pulled me over for it. he ran my license and all that, my last ticket was six years prior, and I was born in El Paso... then he mentions that TX highway patrol is hiring.
holding a conversation with the patrolman wearing his smoky the bear hat, about the benefits of becoming a TX highway patrolman... at nighttime, with traffic going by, and him bathed in the light from his patrol car... was one of the oddest moments of my life EDM? you mean EFM |

Well if we're doing good cops this segment then my favorite would have to be the one who pulled me over when he ran my plates. I have no registration, no insurance, and a suspended license; he had me dead to rights for a trip to jail. The guy came back and said that he would only give me a no insurance if I got out and walked. Hot summer sun or not, that was the best walk I ever had, including the day after when I walked to the insurance place, walked to the dmv, and walked to the courthouse, all of which are about as spread apart as could be. |

On the news today there was some cop involved in the hunt speaking his piece about how the public should know they are doing everything they can and feel safe and protected.
At this rate after shooting up two cars with innocent members of the public in I would feel my scared of the cops than this dude running around. |

on his right hand as he gently caressed the well worn polymer hand grip of his department issued Sig Sauer P229. As he tilted the brim of his Stetson back, I could see that it had been hours since he has shaved, the faint odor of his Old Spice tickling my nostrils.... Vote for Malcanis for CSM8

Hood eh? Man, you've don some hard time. Killeen, Copperas Cove, Temple, Belton-- your pick of fun places to hang out. I know, I spent my high school days in Belton. It was like a sensory deprivation experiment. : ) If you help someone when they're in trouble, they will remember you when they're in trouble again.

Just almost a shaved head, but not quite. About 1/16th inch of hair, so you have a pink head that somehow gives the impression of hog skin. If you help someone when they're in trouble, they will remember you when they're in trouble again.

When police shoot at a car like this, they aren't aiming specifically at the occupants. They are aiming into the cabin in general. Cars aren't very bullet proof. Jacketed rounds go straight through like butter. so they just try to blanket the car in gunfire. |

I haven't heard anyone talk about this shooting on the news. However there is quite a lot of focus on the manhunt for the ex cop. Kill a poor/minority person and you are very likely to get away due to lazy cops, kill a cop though and you get a bounty equal to Osama Bin Laden's. wtf https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=174097 Separate all 4 empires in eve with lowsec. |

That's because the shootings were done by law abiding officers, not kids with AR's. Shooting things up is ok when you are licensed to do so. |

huge failure in my opinion.
like, every couple hours on mission in Iraq, I was -sure- I was going to die or get blown up. but you just... hold your fire so you don't go down like the two who shot the newspaper delivery ladies.
