well i had a nice post done with lots of quotes but i hit cancel instead of post reply becuase im a forum nub 
but (30s version):
we had fleets and when we did you werent around
We are attacking 5 space your war did not effect us in anyway, we did not flee the area we moved to attack a greater threat
i dont know where the other 800 memebers are but i wish theyd show up more as well, however we're in 5 space with a decent sized group, htere are pilots in imperium sapce, just becuase you cant kill them doesnt mean they arent around

Well as soon as i get unstuck ill be playing too but for now....
We dont try to gank solo players, we do gank solo players, but just because we do doesnt mean we wont fight ur "fleets". HUN bought a fleet into Orv and we fought them. Rage of Angels bought a fleet of AF into empire and we engaged them.
But anywayz, im not here to argue with you, im just pointing out the facts

We were bored with you long before MASS interfered (read: got bored in Orvolle, too) and long before you went south.
Xetic were fun, FoE were entertainment supreme, but you are just boring. It's not whether you are good or bad, you're just plain boring.
Even Enslaver's alt-corp TC had a contract on were more fun. Secondary chars with no need to log on. Well, maybe Drilla isn't secondary alt, who knows?

In dear response to that we only do Ganks. Not only. But we do. Absolutely.
And we are extremely good at it as you are well aware off.
But please ask Xirtam about not attacking fleets (Shall I ask MAX to tell the
story as well perhaps?) or any of the old FoE commanders for that matter.
We do and do it equally well. Anyone who has ever stood against us or flown
with us knows this to be the truth.
You knew where we where, why not show up with a decent fleet and try to do something?
At times you had 14ppl in local and only 7 of us but no one came out of the station.
You said you had a fleet, but since we apparently wasnt there, how do we know it was so?
And why didnt you have it more often? It would have been good fun for both sides Im sure. 
Now lets all move on to something different. Like sandwiches. Or cheese!

As for us not engaging your "fleets" LOL! I remember when I was acting bait in a Maller, got attacked by 15-20 Imp, screamed like a girl on TS, my guys warp in (10 of them) and chase you away killing 1 in the process and I survived...Oh, and I tanked you guys for a good 40 seconds \o/
To bad the "fleet" didnt stay and fight, that would have been both fun and earnd you some respect!

MC will engage fleets when necessary, we had a nice engagement in PF-346, we had about 10 battleships and so did they (this was about 3 weeks ago now?). Anyway we caught them on the jump in flat footed but their fleet commander is a little more experienced than I am and they ended up winning and holding the field of battle.
MC was not the main reason for my corp leaving Imperium although I cannot deny they played a part in it. I had goals for my corp and couldnt meet them as a member of Imperium, so I left as apologetically as I could while imperium was still at war with MC. I dont like being called a war-dodging corp, even if you see what we did as just that, but my small corp was present in engagements up until concord finally declared the war invalid.
They are extremely good at what they do, and they fight on their terms, they helped the members of imperium see who they can rely on to fight and helped them get rid of some deadweight in the alliance, and now MC has another successful campaign to add to their resume so can we all just stop the forum whoring from all sides and get back to the game?
What happened to the good ole days when just shot someone cuz you wanted to and didnt try to back it up with political crap, or with reasons of any kind, when fighting was all that mattered and engagements were honourable? Bah, I guess Im the only one who remembers Eve that way.

At least he had the right damage mod fitted. That seems to be an all-too-common problem lately.
Maybe he just REALLY likes Gyros and the only way to fit them effectively is by using Projos?

as usual you have some creative information when you say you cannot find any IMP activity, you are simply not looking hard enough, if at all. This war has been going on long enough that everyone knows about it and will not fly to you to get ganked. I have infact been flying all over looking for some MC to kill but i also havnt found much since the first week or two.
I have been in PF-346 since your post and have not seen a MC person in that system, only mass and other pirates. I am obsolutly sure some people are not playing until this war is over because they are scared, in that you guys have succeded, but i feal you have not scared any PvPers, only the carebears in our alliance. as for me i am not scared only a lil more cautious 
My intention of this post is not smack only to present the other side of the coin.
PS, without the super highways to cram everyone into your gank squads what will you do?

yeh, i learned from the best, you guys use stabbed up hacs very well, i use them when the situation requires it ie, fighting you lot heavilly outnumbered - the difference being you fit them when your fighting with numbers in your favour, i try to fit for combat instead of running away but sometimes a mix helps

I think the thing about this arguing is that MC is very good at ganks and they are able to deffend this strategy by saying that they are paid to kill people, not have "fair, honorable, virtually arranged fleet battles." But they make these announcements on the forums that come across as*****y and an insistance of superiority against their contract. It's not going to get anyone anywhere because Selene is still going to do her RP, as she always has, and IMP isn't going to accept that MC is "superior" when they use gank tactics. So why don't we all just **** off and not look like asses?

16 kills including 12 final blows and 7 losses incl 1 pod.. Not bad, if every Imp pilot had the same killratio against us well... 
So please correct me if IŠm wrong, or admit that ouer stats are accurate

Its a simple fact that we were asked to post the results of the war by our employer(s) as part of the contract.
Myself in the (sadly few) days I was active in this war, Imperium did not seem as active as in previously. This is of course non quantifiable data, only my "gut feeling" and I urge everyone to keep things professional or on the level and not dicount things out of hand because it is not what they want to hear or believe.
We are reporting it as we saw it in our patrols of Imperiums claimed space and large swathes of empire space icluding orville and indeed, agil and kebrez. We won't lie about what we saw, we have no reason to. If someone choses to deny this or say otherwise, that is their right, however, as we have pointed out, we have no political or otherwise reason to lie. Of course that doesn't mean it's the whole truth, indeed, just one side of it, but likewise it doesn't make it a lie.
That said, on our patrols we killed what we saw and were able to get scramblers on. Just as Imperium did. All viewable in the Imperium Contract tracker. These include both solo fights and kills as well as the apparently heinous "ganks".
Bottom line is of course there will be the "ships passing in the night" syndrome, but logically we and our client(s) feel that can only account for so many, thus our clients wishes in retracting the war.

there were some kill mails that i checked and hadnt been posted 2 days after they were sent, however i checked again with my mails and whats listed on your killboard and i cannot see any missing so no 5 mil for me :(
oh and that cerberus loss was becuase of that lovely overview bug, showing a war target (a tempest with some nasty t2 1400s  ) so 6 losses :p imo
as far as i can see atm your killboard is accurate

They usually jump between SS for hours until they kill us..... of boredom.
Also they are around Pator buying new BS and stuff.
