this one mainly aimed for tank and still rely on tackles. resists80-81-86-88. duo feeding off each other its cap stable and.. local shield regen of 1500+ hp/s. in order to break this tank you need about 7500dps minimum. It can also handle a neuter or two as itself also neuts and can free up quiet a bit of cap regen by turning off neut/1 energy transfer on the ship being targeted.
there's also a nano tackle fit which is hella fun when you use it to duo or small gang roam. but...I'll keep that off of table for now .:p
