I'm finding it real hard to be clam atm
been waiting some time for response now

while i'm having a ***** about stuff - when we are refunded or "credited" a days game play, when do we get it? I have never had the date my card is charged put back or the charge decreased - am to understand you get it when your subscription comes to an end?
20 mins now - still waiting - how about you sort your **** out?
approaching an hour now - getting very upset - dummy has come out and my bricks are being thrown out of my pram one by one

What fun being disconnected in the middle of a 0.0 fleet op. All ended well though. This time.
One thing, if there is going to be a massive downtime when CCP come back from their summer holidays, that's cool, but can we get advance warning?

Im stuck to, and like a comedy sketch just as i got stuck a message poped up saying not to visit the system i just jumped into roofls
but the worst part was my petition be answered with basicly "we cant unstuck you, get ready for the long haul"

The problem with CCP is that they will never put out information in time as to what the problem is and what is being done to correct it. Leaving a bunch of players stuck, not knowing whether they are in the problem for the long haul.

Well, i have been online a couple of times but keep gettin booted out after a bit so not really done much while online.
BUT....... I got a fridge full o Beer and a pizza so that takes teh edge off me frustration.

The only problem with these stuck problems is that I can not change my skill,
and it will end in less then an hour.
If I could just change it I would be happy.
I already lost a couple of hours with a previous patch, don't want to lose more.
I really hope they can fix it
But why does Eve look like EVE v0.00.01 pre-alpha version?
The game exists for 2 years and these bugs look even worse then a game thats 1 day old.
Please CCP try to fix the problems first, switch off the server for a week and fix all the problems.
Hire more staff to solve it in 1 week.
The gamers are getting inpatience and we are paying for this game.
I don't whine about that I can't play for 2 hours, but we do pay to play.

Well, today I have had problems with updating my credit card details for my main account, then the server was dead for god knows how long, now the past hour I have followed the same pattern:
1) log on
2) click on one option/sction
3) get kicked from the server
4) goto 1) and repeat indefinately
Getting seriously ****ed off and starting to regret paying CCP another 2 months payment as I don't feel I'm getting what I paid for (again). Sort it out or I will cancel my subs again and not come back!

Been out for hours, I expected this to be fixed by now! I keep getting disconnected from the server and any actions when Im logged on are ignored.
Please reverse the server 'hotfux' you must have applied!!! Wheres the QA department???

You guys have been having problems with the server for about 3-4 days now. YOu kept letting it go and go and go, and now that its weekend nobody can freaken play.

This character (my main) has been pretty much totally locked out of the game for near on 4 days in total now, which is a pain coz i joined my new corp 4 days ago and haven't really been able to do anything to get to know any of them etc.
Seems to be able to connect about 1/10 attempts but then either gets booted or locks up after a short while.

Getting kicked from server at every other gate and sometimes on module activation or moving cargo, docking/undocking etc...
Frustrating as ****.
And now my fridge is empty of beer and pizza too.
So real life is again a bit crappy.
As I have said once before in this thread.....
