The Phoenix Alliance offers peace to the corporations of the Xelas Alliance
We, The Phoenix Alliance, in a desire to reconcile our differences with the member corporations of the Xelas Alliance, propose the following items in order to cease our hostilities.
ò All Xelas Alliance member corporations that resign from the Xelas Alliance within 48 hours of this post will be allowed to remove their assets from the regions of Venal, Tenal and Branch.
ò These corporations will have their standings returned to neutral.
ò These corporations will remove their Player Owned Stations from the Tenal Region.
ò These corporations may be offered the chance to return to Tenal after hostilities have ceased.
ò The corporations that remain in the Xelas Alliance after 48 hours of this post will be faced with the prospect of Concord sanctioned hostilities.
The Phoenix Alliance believes these items to be fair to both parties and fervently urges the member corporations of the Xelas Alliance to give them serious and immediate consideration. Should any member corporation decide to accept our proposal of peace, they may contact one of the following:

I must apologize to those that this is not directed to for making this statement so publicly; The Phoenix Alliance attempted on several occasions to discretely contact the Xelas Alliance to address this proposal to them on their communication channels (forum), but the post was repeatedly deleted and ultimately my capability to communicate through their forum was terminated.
Someone in Xelas doesn't want their people to read this message and has repeatedly tried to stop us from engaging in peaceful conversation with the corporations of Xelas. They obviously do not want the member corporations to know of our peaceful intentions and do not want the member corporations of the Xelas Alliance to have the opportunity to decide for themselves if they wish to listen to the peaceful message the Phoenix Alliance is trying to bring.
Shame on you, whomever it is, for censoring our words and blinding your members. Shame on you.

That looks like a slap in the face surrender than making peace. Your expecting people to swallow thier pride in a place that they consider thier home as well. And in Tenal which for all purposes isnt PA space anyways as there are hardly any PA there in the first place.
Good luck. Hey just keep in mind it isnt Jericho leading the banner for everyone to start on PA this time around. You guys are doing it to yourself with the same type of deviltry and lack of showmanship of past.
Treachry and lies will not keep it going through the conflict you are creatng for yourselves.
But hey, we are going to keep our nose clean on this one. So good luck on that surrender demands...im SO sure they are going to run away from the big bad ex-alliance mates with thier tails between thier legs.

point of note, the P.A. is still there. They survived BoB and NSA and all that lame Propaganda and Internal Strife. Looks like they are around to stay. Its funny really.
We all know nothing in EVE can be destroyed if the people in it don't submit (just isn't possible). So no matter what anyone says or threatens the P.A. with remember how you look saying it. The P.A. will only fall/submit/crumble when they choose too. Not before.
I respect that, even if I'm not a fan of the P.A.'s political stance. If the best butchers/gankers/smacker/snipers/fleet commanders in EVE couldn't take'em out, even when they all united under one banner...why the P.A. must have something great! Question is what do they have and how can it be replicated?
Anyway I didnÆt mean to get in the way of the P.A. hating (at least it isn't as bad as the F.A. thread flame fests).

TBH i would prefer to just kill them but I'll play along. PA's offer is good with FE as well. As soon as the PA notifies me of which corps are getting off the sinking ship I'll set you to +. However I'd like to urge xelas to hold strong and fight.

Um If I am not mistaken the thing that the PA had is now in Xelas Alliance. Perhaps a little history lesson will sort you out.

Personal opinions follow:
If you do not know some facts, ask and do not speculate pls.
Fact #1: Xelas ppl are "trapped" in their only remaining station (V7-MID) and spend most of their time inside their main POS bubble.
Fact #2: There are corps (and ppl) in there who are like brothers to us. Mostly xPA corps who we have the best feelings for and dont like to see them (and us)in this situation.
Fact #3: You may like or not like the "text" of the PA announcement, but it is a way out of the crisis at hand for all these ppl. I am not a PA official or diplomat or anything, but is there any other way out?
Fact #4: The Southern People are happy about this situation and noone is to blame them I guess...
Fact #5: You are forgetting that Tenal was PA space given by PA to Xelas not so long ago, as a result of a request made by 20th, and after a free vote amongst PA corps. There was a SPECIFIC agreement the region transfer was based at. PA claims that the agreement is VOID and its Xelas' fault for not keeping up with the agreement. So if any serious discussions are to be made whose fault, who started, and other who**** blah blah blah should imho be focused on that.
Fact #6: Whether we aknowledge it or not, whether we like Cochise or not, his and his 2nd in command actions on behalf of Xelas are the main reasons for this fighting. It is not publicly known (and it shouldnt be tbh) but there were talks between "C" and our "arch-enemies". And these talks were naturally for the Xelas' best interest. Was Xelas' best interest, the same as PA's or any of the other Northern allies? Were Xelas' talks in line with the MUTUAL DEFENSE PACT they had with PA? If there are any serious LIES gentlemen they are about the answer to this question.
