My choice: Bring Lvl 5 missions back to hisec. (Was fun while it lasted, getting a group together to go fight some Guristas without the worry of being ganked during a mission.)

High sec would turn into low. Low sec would turn into more 0.0. Also, i'd remove jump drives, jump bridges, jump clones and anything else with jump in the name or that in any way allows teleportation. I'd also remove people from local until they talk.

Would be lots of fun. Order lots of booze and hookers just because I can. There's nothing a million chinese guys can't do cheaper.
