Tricky situation is I am quite space poor(I pvp and suck at it) and can only afford only 1 fancy ship for a char. I run with a Navythron and a Mael when i dual box. I mission in Gallente/Minmatar space. I do not want a Machariel or a Tengu. Replies are much appreciated.

When facing off against Angels you will be at a disadvantage in damage types with the Kronos which only deals thermal/kinetic all the way.

Vargur is better but I find the Kronos incredibly attractive(colour scheme and mega hull). The new sails and hull design of the Vargur kind of make it awesome though. So far all votes for the Vargur. Guess its settled then. :)

Seriously, i dont't have a Vargur but the Kronos kills stuff up to 40km with Neutrons and Null. The not selectable damage type is mitigated by the firepower itself, imho. Even in drone missions. I don't regret buying one back then. But from what i read the Vargur performs better in all Non-kin/therm-weak areas.
