I'm a bit disturbed by this old thread. I looks like Evolution podkilled this player then refused to apologize? Perhaps they and TTI can destroy each other and the galaxy will be better off.

i have to say every dealing ive had with evolution has always been a professional one and on one occasion i was fired on by mistake as they thought i was somebody else in the system warping outi was even offered isk as recompence. not many would do that if you ask me

I'm happy to see that the 'casualty' of this thread was compensated. Much less hapy is the fact that she was compensated by a compleet outsider to this incident.
People do get killed in wars who had nothing to do with it yeah i agree. Problem is however HOW they get killed. little ichy on the triggerfinger there?
I mean this was clearly a matter of kill or be killed right? A fearless bestower destruction machiene wich may show derelict so you dont know who the pilot is...oh uh..better kill it quick before it kills me.
Geez lol...if anyone has an excuse for this at all id love to hear it. I dont see there is any though.
This will happen again...dont expect others to keep picking up your tab and dont complain if someone returns you the favor of picking off your indy while your shipping your stuff. I hope when that happens there will be an equally kind person there to compensate your losses however i doubt it.
