So your saying its the responsibility of the alliances to contact the MC when your trespassing on their space? Especially when everyone around ASCN space is using the NBSI policy isnt that a bit unwise? Sorry im kinda confused.

Why would any Alliance grant you safe passage while on a contract, when you could be contracted to kill them the very next week. Makes no sense to me. MC contacts Alliance A to gain unmolested access to Alliance B. All the while MC is making BM's and SS's in Allince A's territory while passing through. (say it ain't so MC) Then Alliance C buys MC's services to attack Alliance B. MC responds with, "Sure we can do this...we have the BM's and SS's to allow us a clear and concise Arena to operate in....::snicker:: casue the retards let us in ::snicker:: Mercs are only loyal to themselves, which means EVERYONE is a viable target, provided the money is right! But what do I know....I'm just a girl who finally turned 18 so I'm gonna go BoB a Bloke while you guys play your little war games!!!!

Hmm interesting policy. That isn't our policy at all. As we stated in the SMASH thread, we would see people shooting at us in their own claimed territory as being somewhat justified. Hence there would be no escalation of the conflict. SMASH on the other hand, went out of their way to shoot us in neutral territory. That is why a wardec was necessary. Edit: When it is necessary to travel through someone else's region, we would try not to put ourselves in a situation where an engagement was necessary. I can only really see a fight with locals breaking out if, for example, they were camping the gate into the region where our target is and would not allow us passage through. Covert ops are wonderful things, they allow you to make bookmarks unmolested whether you have permission or not! That aside, the MC will be establishing diplomatic contact with the relevant parties if and when the need arises. Looking forward to a good war, it'll be very interesting to compare and contrast with the contract on XETIC :). Someone really needs to keep me away from the Taranis

If the standigs are sorted all is good...If we have to put 3 alliances to -10 to get to our target then that is fine to.
