One which increase your attributes like intel, memory, willpower etc and other which give bonus to various ship related attributes like ship velocity, gun damage etc. The former is called Attribute enhancers while the latter are called Hardwiring implants. All implants require the Cybernetics skill.
Here is a list of all the hardwiring implants ingame with their description and what they do. Note their skill requirements and the slot they go into.

also it would be nice to get the cold war implants update.
Ive seen some nasty stuff on the market like (serpentis implants) that gives some dmg boost to turrets plus 3% more chance to bypass custom and smuggle stuff.

Looking at this list of implants left me wondering why there are no missile based implants... All other weapons have implants to boost range, damage, tracking... While I'm not a missile user, and don't have the cash for implants, I do think it's unfair...

I have actually couple of them...most of them are very cheap. You can get those lvl 1,lvl 2 implants for 100k to 1 mil. The bonuses are small but couple of them together works nicely.

Very nice list. Could some of those in the know point out the missing heardwirings? For example, I know that there is one (fairly rare) one which improves mining.
With eve-i gone for a while it seems, it's an even better idea to get list completed and stickied. I've got so many hardwirings sitting around various places from angel extrav and such I need to sit down with this list and asset search and inventory sometime..

So is a lot of other stuff. This list is put together so people dont have to search for stuff. Some people dont even know about the item database. Also this list removes some of the irrelevant information

It says turret CPU. Since launchers dont count as turrets I assume that it wouldnt help for launchers. But then again it might very well be a typo in their description.

Have the ĉNobleĈ ZET400 and ZET4000 implants been seeded yet? (3% and 5% boost to armour repair amount). I haven't been able to find either.

Dont forget the very usefull: Zor's Custom Navigation Link "A Neural Interface upgrade that boost the pilots skill in a specific area. This Navigation Hyper-Link was created for the ruthless pirate commander, referred to as 'Zor'. It gives a 5% bonus to afterburner and micro-warpdrive speed-boost."

Zor's is in the list, but it's slot 7 and 10% to Afterburner duration only. I double -checked the item database and can't find any other Zor's implants.

Then you need to triple-check. There are both "Zor's Custom Navigation Link" and "Zor's Custom Navigation Hyper-Link" in the game, the stats are as described previously. I can see both from the item database in Evemon, or in the contracts list in-game.
