it might be healthy from some aspects, but it is not going to get you clean.
I thought it could clean soap scum and lime since its an acid. it wouldnt be to get clean but to help your skin and everything since green tea could kill all the bacteria and virus.
how about for a mouth wash. I read that you ccan use greenn tea for mouthwash because itll kill all the bacteria and has flouride. - but if it has tannic acid then wouldnt that destroy your tooth enamel? I know tannic priobably isnt as strong as phosphoric or citric acid, but could it still do what they do? I drink lots of green tea ( 20+ servings a day) but dontr want my teeth hurt

Yea, the tannins cause bitterness and come out when you steep too long, press the leaves, or use boiling water. I read up and tannins aren't the same as tannic acid, so I'm not sure they will be harmful to the teeth.

Picture a giant coffee cup, but with tea in it and a person swimming around in the middle. ah a tea bath would feel so great.

Hmm, Loving some of the replies. I have another question though for you green tea drinkers (or bathers ) out there, what is the most potent , fresh, and strong tea I could buy. They don't grow tea here. I can only buy Lipton, Salada, and some wierd named brands at grocery stores and extracts from health places. Does anyone here order online to get fresh Chinese or Japanese green tea sent to them? I need a recommendation from personal experiences of good types of tea. I don't care about taste as much, but more about the health benefits.
