The idea is so brilliant I'm surprised it took this long for someone to do it. It's the worst kind of a mature game, but financially I doubt it can be anything but a success.

Well I've been looking at the game itself and it looks very similar to any other games Aeria has come out with before. Unfortunately I will have to agree with those who posted before me. It looks like they have taken this game, and to reach a certain demographic, created a standard character that shows no clothing and has a more than modest body. Unfortunately, most gamers these days have nothing better to look at then pixels on a computer so it does attract that demographic very easily. Good business move, just not one that will attract myself. As to your question, my point was that their visual development team is probably talking about what they can do to make the company more money than their other games combined.

Somehow, the over-sexualization of both genders is a tad bothering to me. However, EVE Online or even Mass Effect helps me to make more "normal" Human females than most of the games out there. I mean, I don't get how a "plate" armor piece in Tera looks like a fantasy sex shop's underwear and it really bothers me that some people might find this enjoyable.

When I saw the marketing campaign for Soul Calibur V, I remember thinking that they've finally found their real target demographic with this one, their sales will probably be through the roof now. But that game has only sold around one million copies to date. That's not even half of the sales of the previous game in the series.
