There are a decent amount of us who took the plunge. All 11 learning skills at level 5.
Intelligence - 27.5 ( +4 Implant )
Perception - 19.8 ( +4 Implant )
Charisma - 20.9 ( +3 Implant )
Willpower - 23.1 ( +4 Implant )
Memory - 27.5 ( +4 Implant )

I trained all 11 to level 5, but I don't have any implants othere then 2 +1 implants.
but i guess we have all joined the learning club.

Intakis have the best starting mem/int sooo maybe that's why. Wouldn't make a huge difference after a while though.
How do you find the exact value (i.e. to the decimal place)?

You take your base attribute, add points from the learning skills, and then multiply it by your learning skill multiplier.
For instance, if you had 8 base Perception, Adv Learning 4 , a +3 implant and Learning 5, you'd have (8 + 9 + 3)*1.1 = 22 perception. However, if you only had Learning 4, you'd have (8 + 9 + 2)*1.1 = 21.8 perception, which shows up as 21 on your character sheet.
As far as training the advanced learning skills to 5, I will probably train the perception/willpower ones once I've trained everything but specialisation 5's and like Advanced Weapon Upgrades 5 and Trajectory Analysis 5. I doubt I'll do the Int/Mem ones.
On my alt, I think I'm going to train all of them save charisma. If I'm patient enough.

I did it, took over 3 months (about 20 days apiece for the lv5).
Intelligence17
Perception27
Charisma18
Willpower23
Memory 17
Total skill points - 8,405,935
Implants - Per+3, Cha+1, Mem+2
All up that means 64% of my skills are in learning  .
But you'll see! You'll all see in 8 years when you have 400M SP and I have 401M.
Oh, BTW.
Yes, this is my main.

I compleated these a couple of weeks ago. Here were my distributions:
Learning Skill Points: 5,376,000
Total Skill Points: 5,456,139
And this is my only character. Only +1 implants.
Intelligence: 20
Perception: 18
Charisma: 20
Willpower: 22
Memory: 20

I think you mean (8 + 9 + 3)*1.08 = 21.6 perception here.
Also, I'm surprised at the number of people here that dont have a full implant set. Theres not much point training months when someone who puts down a 100-200m isk for implants will still train faster.
I don't have any advanced skills at lvl 5 yet  , I'm not sure I have the patience to. I may take one or two there, but I'm unsure I'll play the ~400 days it'll take to pay each one off.

I did, but I can actually beat the title of the thread, because I actually have 5,376,023 SP in Learning skills, as I have 256,023 SP in Learning skill itself.
My attributes are
Intelligence 25.3 (9 + 10 + 4)
Perception 24.2 (8 + 10 + 4)

3 months! very unlikely you'll get that back in saved training time lol.
I have only trained the perception one to lvl 5 and the rest to lvl 3 (apart from the charisma one which I haven't even trained the basic skill), my attributes are:
Int: 18
Per: 28
Cha: 6
Wil: 24
Mem: 16
Oh and only +3 implants for me please.

Got all of them to lvl5 here too, only a set of +3 implants though.
Didn't really mind the time spent on them myself as I plan on playing or at least keeping the account so I have the option of playing until the game closes, seem to recall it takes about 3 years to pay back the time invested, well I'm already about 9 months into that since I trained them when they were released, so only 2.25 years left. Pretty sure the game will survive a fair bit longer than that.

i have better stats than that (cept charisma, cos i never trained that):
23 <==== +2 implant
22 <==== +4
12 <==== +1
22 <==== +4
23 <==== +3
thats with all the advanced learning skills to 4 (cept charisma, thats basic skill to 4) and some nice implants
on the other hand, i have only 1,868,373 million SP in learning - giving me 3507627 more skill points to spend on something more useful than you have, without spending anywhere near such a long time with no meaningful combat or industrial skills
sure, time for time, u might have more SP than me, cos u trained em earlier (i got enough skills to make some nice iskies on lvl4s b4 i did advanced learning), but i think i woulda enjoyed the game more in that time
