This isnt a personal experiance, but a story/video i read and saw, was very cool and fits in with the thread.
An intercptor if i remember right a crow was ganking indys in a certain system I dont recall (this was over a year ago btw) so this one guy decides to get his own back and sets his Badger up to gank intys, couldnt tell you exactly what he had fitted but it involved 2 webs, went back to the system waiting untill the inty engaged and proceeded to gank the inty, it took a whole long time for him to kill it, but he did it, was one of the coolest things ive seen I think :)

Well it wasnt me tht got pirated but a guy was stealign from a corp we were alied with so i killed him his hauler wasnt the best on defense.
Ultradragon my old buddy  i lent him 50mil whci hhe then ran of with no biggy i earnt it back within a week or two but like 3 weeks ago he warps into our belt and we locked him up shot him til lhe had liek 10% hull left then he warped offf =(

Once upon a time I dreamed of revenge...
Then one by one the few that had pirated me stopped playing so now I find myself wondering aimlessly through eve killing whenever the opportunity arises...
So 'no' I never tasted revenge but so wished I did!

2 for me...kinda... 6 noobs... 2 curiser, 2 desotyers, 2 frigs...
attacked me and whatever... Popped a destoyer... and locked down the pod... they ran... i demanded 3mil... they came back, and attacked once more... almost popped a cusier and they paid... I took more d. from the NPCs that showed up during the fight.... sad really. i was flying a maller that day.
o yes: a HAC attacked me and my friend. scorp and amarr BC v deimos. It ended up running. later we found it her in a BS and popped her :)

Ok, first, a point of shame: first guy that killed me was Br0dy.
Ewwwww!!! *shudder*
Anyhoo, during the 5's war against Xetic, some corpmates were hunting ATUK and ATUK-sponsored in Wicked Creek and adjacent constellations. Br0dy appears in local with 2 others and promptly begins smacktalking, as is his way. To the credit of the others, he is the only one speaking in local.
Some warp-in-warp-out action ensues, some chasing goes on. Yawn. Br0dy's mates either leave system or in some other way seperate from him. At this point, my boy star fish and 2 others come on Br0dy 15km from a gate, unmoving. They engage, blow up his friggie. At that instant, a paragraph-length passage appears in local; yet more smack. Then the pod goes.
Br0dy had been furiously smack-typing the entire time his ship was being blown up under him. 
Milk came out of my nose when I heard about that one, and I hadn't even been drinking the stuff. So while I didn't get to kill him, I _did_ recieve as a present his flash-frozen and blessedly not-bleating-like-a-dang-sheep corpse.

Oh Yea! I have gotten revenge a couple times, recently S******dly came in to gank us, well it didn't go their way. A couple pods later the convos started about the lost implants! So for you guys that Snigg has popped in empire we got you a little payback.

This one time i was off being a naughty little pilot in hedal (home sysetm of those UK chaps), i killed one of their miners and then a plate inty ran in to save the day (im in an artywolf btw)... I killed that guy too.
sooooo they did an alliance call and they camped the gate with 3 HAC's and 2 pests. With one jumpgate out i diddnt do so well, but i tried! Diddnt log. I stood fast, and died proud.
YARRRR!!

1)I cant believe the guy above knew there was a gate camp waiting and still went and lost an AF 
2)A mate of mine lost his Vexor to a Crow as I was warping in the belt in a Domi. The problem was the Crow was 35kms away and I couldnt approach obviously. Seeing as I was 4 months old and he was 2 years old in the game and with the taste of the kill in his mouth I had a nice Idea. I did not activate the Heavy Nos or anything while he was orbitting me at 21-22 kms :) I just kept shooting at him and approaching with 3x 250s firing (which of course didnt score a single hit and he could see that :) ). I didnt even release a single drone. SO he probably thought: "omg teh noob, this is teh chance of my ebil lifetime!" and came in at 7 km to scramble \o/
3xHeavyNos 1x20km 1x 7.5 and 6 Med drones (only for teh fun) 
No chat in local, no drama

Thats alot like my story,
I remember back in the days when i was happy to own a million,
I was mining massive scordite like a madman over in Todaki for 2 days straight to earn my first 2 mil, for
that i purchased a shiny new cormorant destroyer along
with a good set of guns and then a large ammount of ammo.
While flying around pickin up the ammo, my AP decided to take a hike trough the passari-mara systems, At the gate in passari I can see Ed Gein locking my ship and hes opening up on my boat, I return the fire of course.. i got his cyclone's shields down to 50% before my destroyer went pop.
Seeing it as that he was the first one to ever kill any of my ship in eve, it fills some sort of sentimental value and i will if i can pod him if i ever get the chance to in the future

We were having a spur of the moment mostly drunken op. Before we warped in the chat was kinda like this
"The gate is camped, do we know what's there?"
"No."
"Want to scout it?"
"Nah"
"Alright, let's go"

Well.. I have been pirated several times and even though there is a great desire to blast them rats to bits; I never did that for several reasons:
1) some pirates are much more skilled than me and I don't feel like losing another ship and pod;
2) those that I could try to kill I hunted, couldn't find, lost interest or had other more important things to do (most of the time I was a corp officer);
I do have several people on my hit list, but don't actively hunt them.
One time I think I might of gotten my revenge however... While passing through a 0.4 system in a BC I was attacked at the first gate by 2 or 3 BSs, warped to exit gate and made it to the gate before one of the pirates managed to warp to me... Then I did something dumb - shot back. The gate didn't allow me to go through, so BC was lost (as well as my pod). Pirate's Tempest had less than half of its armour when I blew, so unless he armour tanked there is a good chance he lost it to the turrets.
