Twice in the last 4 hours I've had over 25% of my factory jobs kicked for no reason. This is a HUGE issue for manufacturers!
Pleeeeeaaaassseee fix it quickly!

Update...
Both personal slots and corp slots are getting kicked randomly... ATM I'm seeing somewhere between 5-10% of my jobs get kicked every hour.
URGENT HOTFIX PLEASE!!!

I had about 8-10 factory slots ejecting randomly my bpos today, please fix! Your Heavy Neutron Blaster II perfectly strikes Serpentis Chief Sentinel, wrecking for 660.4 damage.

Yup in my limited experiments T2 Comps are worst effected as my other build items seem to be holding slots better. But if this isn't fixed sharpish it's gonna create a hell of a Comps shortage, and a few more POS owners are gonna go out of business....

Fusion Reactor buid time change is the only production-related mod documented. May have to do with that.

6 jobs ejected overnight for me, and then 3 more comp prints ejected within an hour of restarting them!!

keep an eye on things as i finally finished a run 1 short and when i tried to install it it claimed i was short on fullerides. Seems 7 units of fullerides vanished as its only used on 1 of my components and according to my wallet i bought the exact number required so i suspect its occasionally losing stuff when it throws bpos out

can you file bug reports about the issue please. please state what station and what blueprints and all information revelant.

This is a major bug that is going to cripple the POS and T2 production market, either players are going to have to spend 3-12+ hours taking down towers, or we're looking at product stockpiling that will flatline the market for POS manufacturers when the bug does get fixed and cause POS-m to take down towers anyway thru bankruptcy.
Please please please hotfix this urgently before its too late.

I bug-reported this last night also. You can see the problem here, and you can see that it's widespread - it's not limited to one or certain stations and it's not limited to one type of print. Nor is it limited to personal or corp slots - both are ejecting.
The only oddity I have found with much experimenting, is that the shorter the per unit build time on the BP, the more likely it is to get ejected. Which is why T2 comps are getting slaughtered but we aren't seeing complaints from ship-builders.
I'm not being melodramatic, but this will bring the POS industry and T2 industry to their knees if it's not sorted within a few days. Please give it to a Dev for URGENT attention.

just checked again and my freighter compo bpo's have been kicked out once again. how many times do i need to file the bug reports? i still have enough chars and accounts to spam enough for u keep being busy with nothing else.
but hey the accounts are getting fewer and fewer. keep up with the ignorance against producers and scientists ccp. its exactly what the game needs. then all ur gullable pvp'rs can start making their own ships and t2 modules. those of them that have bpo's that is... ==================

i mena. its kicking out the production any time. if was so it kicked out between cycles it wouldnt have been that bad. it do how ever kick it out _during_ production so i keep losing 50% of my mins and i am trying to build components for freighter =/ ==================

When you submit your Bugreport, please include 1. What was cooking 2. How many runs were being made 3. What folder you were building from 4. What folder you were outputting to 5. What Folder the BPO was stored in 6. How many factories you had in use in total 7. How many similar or identical prints were in use 8. If all prints were pooling resources from a single hangar 9. The location station type and system you were manufacturing at 10. If you logged off during the manufacturing process 11. Any other information you cna think of that is appropriate
Please fulfilled all above critera, if if anyone has a fully reproducible situation please detail it precisely withint your Bugreport. As ever logfiles will be most helpful in this circumstance.

T1 and t2 bpos both get kicked 2 different systems, 4 different accounts bpcs get used up in one instance, 2 bpos of same item,one got dropped other stayed
cant file a bug report as i dont use email

Filed a bug report . It¦s not very detailed though, but i think it effects almost all types of blueprints. The result is a loss in building materials as well , as if someone would have cancelled the building process.
We¦re building everything , including capital ship components and capital ships . We¦re building on site using customer supplies. One can imagine that it¦s not very funny to run around in all EVE setting up factory jobs again ... not even mentioning that the loss in supplies makes it almost impossible to actually finish a freighter production .

Please don't drag this out ISD putting the onus on the players to find the problem for CCP. This is a shocking bug that needs urgent attention. Put a few T2 Comp BP's in slots yourselves and watch them pop out between 10 mins - 5 hours later. Problem replicated.
To summarise my findings:
Happens with personal or corp slots. Happens whether materials are from pool hangar or personal hangar. No bills outstanding on slots, no materials shortages. Materials are being lost so ejections are happening mid-cycle. Probability of ejection is increased the smaller the per-unit build time of the item.

Now 4 of the jobs I am running have short run times "in the 6 to 7 minute range" and 1 is 2 hours plus. The short jobs keep getting kicked out while to date the longer one is still running. However this probably just indicates that the longer one has had less cycles to fail than the shorter ones and will be kicked sooner or later.

What CCP needs is a new QA manager who can increase the emphasis on QA and getting these things sorted out before they hit the live server ... oh wait!

Maybe "Time overdue" has something to see with the bug : To cut-off time overdue, the slots ejects the job ? Depends if the dev's have tried a new routine to reduce the overdue or not ?

During todays DT i now also had a BPO with 1h 25min build time kicked out of factory, i expect my other BPOs with a slightly longer build time to follow soon.
This will get worse for every day, the longer the bug is present the higher level of BPOs will get affected. People that are producing cruiser and maybe even battleships in large batches will probably see their BPOs getting ejected in a day or two, with losses for several million isk every time it happens.

OMG i cant believe this. as if the pos industry hasnt suffered enought latly! im not a manufacture. but i do have a pos, and can see the knock on effect this will have all the way down the t2 chain. so im adding my support to berties thread. come on ccp this need a very quick fix.

looking in the patch notes the only item relating to manufacturing is Fusion Reactor manufacturing times have been decreased to bring them in line with other reactor manufacturing which should hardly have an effect on other components. I suspect other modifications occurred at the same time that have not been mentioned and we are paying the price.

Has anyone had a production job kicked when it's the only one they have active in that station? I've noticed that the fewer builds I have going at once, the longer things last until something gets kicked. Also, the last build standing seems to run through to completion normally. At least that's what's been happening for me.
All experiment resuts have been put into bug reports for you BH's.

Some suggestion in another thread that its caused by production runs overlapping and different factories going for the same materials close together. Either the first one splits its required materials into a second pile before adding to the factory and the second factory attempts to take materials from this smaller pile. Or while the first is taking materials the second can't so throws the bpo out. This seems to be a repetition of previous bugs involving an inability to see multiple piles of things and take from the largest.

I was thinking about something like that at first too, but it doesnt seem to be the case.. I had a Tungsten Carbide Armor Plate BPO kicked out of factory after around 90 runs (i had entered 2000 runs) even though it was the only BPO that used Tungsten Carbide and Sylramic Fibers. It had exclusive access to the materials needed.

will they do it? i doubt it. will i have enough minerals to build what i first should have got? i doubt it.

Thank you for whats been done, but i dont think its 100% fixed
They arent dropping mid build anymore, (no small heaps of minerals), but i'm still get runs finishing early
deimos, jaguar, wolf, capital cargo bays
The c.bays was in a station where only that bpo was still building annoying as i had to travel 16 hops each way to turn it back on

It happened to me, I filed an other petition got the petition number to show it was made.. 48 hrs later I noticed in the help channel it said to download an optional patch to be able to petition. LOL I lost interest at this point!  It was before the last big patch though so it's not a current issue.
