Um...actually, IIRC, that's a biblical reference of some sort. "Behold, a pale horse, and his name that sat on him was Death," or somesuch.
For a pirate or PvP corp, it actually kinda makes sense.
EDIT: As for strange names, I thought m0o was odd until someone actually stated what it stood for: "Masters of Ownage". 
Um...currently extant corporation names, I'd have to go with Pink Panther Project or Going Limp (actually...I haven't seen a Going Limp member in-game in quite a while...are they still around?).

hehe, I can understand where the reference of the corp I mentioned comes from, but as a corporation name it is pretty pointless
EDIT: although it would be quite funny to see a confectionary company in real life called: 'It Cometh In A Shiny Packet'

Speaking of odd names... There was (is?) a corp named "Beef Curtains" at one point. They used to hang around the unsecure regions of Forge and pirate whatever they could get their hands on.

I think those two characters might be the same person. They are however as lame as their name implies. Once I was with a friend in interceptors when we came across these two in battleships. We fought them for like 20 minutes until one ran away and the other logged off when we finally broke his tank. Real classy.

The actual name wasnt bad it was the problem it was the ticker [WWJD] and the reference to 'What would Jesus Do' We actually had a few people that were hesitate to join the corp because of it.

I'd say Ice is Coming to EVE and real one corp. I could never figure out what the hell the latter was about.
BAZAR OF THE SPACE is pretty dumb, too. I mean, it's a French corp, so that explains the broken English, but still.
And just today I noticed a corp named Krazy Killer Kittens from Kent, or something like that. Look up player "Nuggan" for the actual name.

And why is that? You do realize that the word "clan" is meaningful outside of the world of Counter-Strike, right? Something with "clan" in its name would be perfect for a Minmatar RP corp, for example.
