 hey i like pirates, but PK¦s `? like teddybears ?
they kill on sight, this make no sense right?!
why CCP dont stop this ? like concord give bounty on hes head? if yu kill someone, concord places small bounty yu do this again concord do this again? ?
why not like elite frontier, in station new service : bountys and yur agent tell yu last postion and yu fly kill that bustred , come back bring hes corps, and concord pay out ??

I think What *laughs very hard* he means is that either CCP should stop anyone podkilling or playerkilling anyone, or setup a bounty system.
It already exsists.
And to be quite honest, remove PK'ing from the game and eve loses everyone.
No PK'ing = Lessened Demand for ships = market Crash.
Its a cycle, provides Ships and modules for . provides the demand by losing and destroying ships.
Without one, the other will die, and vice versa.

Rob, you seem to not understand how EVE works.
If there was no combat, there would be no ship losses, and the market would collapse.
Without the market, there would be no EVE.
Second thing, they aren't called "PKs." EVE is not Ultima Online, there are no "PKs."

Since most ppl are intent on flaming allow me to explain this to you Rob.
PvP is what drives eve and the player controlled market.
With no pvp no one would spend isk because losses would be minimal at best and because of this the market would crash.
In Eve there is no such thing as a pk. Pirates attack you to take what ever cargo you may have to make them isk it is a valid profession inside of the game. Teddybears are pirates along with many other corp's inside of the game. As much as any carebear would love pvp to be gone even they realise that without pvp there would be no market and hence no isk to be made. Bounties are ingame but are pointless if you really want to get even with someone who killed you either kill them back, get your ceo to wardec them, or higher a mercinary. 9 out of 10 ceo's will not wardec a pirate corp just so u know. Also inside of 0.0 space you are fair game to anyone. In 0.0 - 0.4 empire space your still fair game and concord does not exist there. 0.5-1.0 Systems you are relativly safe but if someone really wants to they can still kill you. So if by PK you mean PvP then this will never happen as it is a part of the games design and if you read the box or any review CCP's comment on eve is that it has a player driven economy and is based around PvP combat. It always has been and always will be.
(edit) Also for the flamers im afraid i have to agree with Verone if your going to flame someone then flame them for their actions or their style of gameplay not for their poor english. If you do wanna flame them for poor english then by all means learn their lang and then flame them in that. And before anyone try's to defend themselves against this who obviously used his poor english to flame him take a step back read your post and put youself in the shoes of someone who doesnt speak the best english. We need more ppl ingame not less, and you were all noobs at one time or another so explain things to the noob then flame them. ;) (/edit)

lol noob you already can goto a agent and track a guy down lol and if there were no pk'ers there woudlnt be any pirate or in that matter there wouldnt be any pvp going on as anyone who destroys someone's ships would be player killing and this game would be so unexciting without pvp. And in case you havent notice we already get bounties :P for playing for 4 months you should know this by now :P

Pirates serve a vital function in this game. They inspire noobs to learn to pvp. Practically everyone in this game has been killed by a pirate at one point or another, myself included.
Now they are the ones running from me tho
