Still, if you feel you won then I guess thats fine too What happened to your fleet last night? So full of promise and then you kind of... tactically ran away to shoot someone who wasn't going to put up a fight? A typical ATUK day.. Log on Fit ship for gank/snipe Find a miner Shoot miner Compare the size of each others***** using wrecking shots as measurements Hang around a bit See opposing force gathering Log off Rinse and repeat. Tuesday was a refreshing change from the usual 1 gank and then run and log.

And yeah, ganking your miners is fun while the rest hides.

So, if ATUK were trying to take Tribute or whatever, then yes i think your could class it as a win (Only just though). But, it looks more like they wanna a kill a load of you, which it seems they were succesful in doing.

As for the fight.. you had an victory chasing us off the battlefield, and thats the only victory you had in that fight, Atuk¦s goal was just to kill you and they did it really good since you lost more bs than they had in the gang. and thats atuk¦s victory the way I see it.. I do feel that is a tad harsh m8 I didnt like ATUK much before rhe fight on tuesday night, But it was sooo much fun i have alot more respect for them - but i aint saying they dont do some of the stuff on your list

If you guys have a beef to settle I will arbitrate this case in court for you....rather then argue on the forums I will offer my services as arbitrator and hear both arguments. I suggest both sides hire a lawyer and and set a date to meet with me at the Emperors Acadamy in Amarr. We will get on one of the Huff Technologies TS and both sides can argue the case before an unbiased arbitrator (me) and we will settle this. At least I thought the same when I was in GW. You come into the sys with a ganksquad, look for loners to gank and when a few more people log on you warp to a safe -> log off. In the evening a second blob is moving down to the system you logged off and collects you. You then sit there like ducks yapping in local. WIN! btw. I remember being smacked in HED by a 5 ganksquad cause we didn't fight with 3 BS vs their 4 while they had 10+ support flying around (and we had none), it's no rocket science is it?
