Missile ROF bonus should stay.
option for change.
missile flight time should be removed and replaced with.
1-Damage to all missile damage 2%-5% or even 10% so it can fall in line with the HAC world 2-Targetting range 5% 3-Velocity Bonus 4-Target prediction or missile precision 5-shield boost bonus 6-missile velocity bonus would actually be better 7-or jstu add an extra Luncher 8-mayebe an extra low slot for dmg mods.

the thing is flight time bonus is useless now that we have bombardment, you see what i mean. so just remove the bonus and make the rof 6% instead of 5. honestly no pilot uses that bonus,

7 - the flight time as it stands right now is "ok," although I would prefer to see a 6th launcher and either a resistance bonus, or a second damage bonus.

RoF is not an option, the devs have said numerous times it's bad for the server.
And to make the Cerberus usefull, it would need more than 1 option, and probably a complete new design.

Not really. It's bad for small ships that use small guns that get insane rofs with rof bonus's. Thats why rof bonus's were removed from inties. Everything else that had a rof bonus still does... ________________________________________________________

Cerberus is very good, It does up to 400 damage at some NPC's from over 100km... no other HAC can do that. Should get nerfed to be honest... _________________________________

400 damage yet the dps of the ship is remarkably low compared to other hacs.
IMO heavy missiles should be the long range weapon, with a new missile type for short range with increased damage to put it in line with other hacs.

A Cerberus with four ballistic modules that give a 10.5% ROF bonus has a 5.535 ROF with max skill, that's like way higher than the ROF of a Zealot using the same amount of heatsinks, no?
Whoever said that heavy missiles could land for 400 damage, could you please explain how this is accomplished? My heavy missiles hit for 353.2 damage raw kinetic (25% bonus) and my regular missiles hit for 283.5 damage.. on structure. This is accomplished with warhead upgrades 4, heavy missile 5, and four dread gurista ballistic mods, so unless you have four Estamels on your Cerberus, I don't see how you break the 400 dmg barrier per missile..
Anyways for the "vote", the proper bonuses for a Cerberus should be:
Caldari Cruiser: 10% Missile Velocity and 5% ALL Missile Damage Per Level.
Heavy Assault Ships: 5% Launcher ROF and 5% Kinetic Missile Damage Per Level.
This would effectively give a FULLY (everything @ 5) trained Cerberus pilot about 320 DPS using regular missiles and about 400 DPS using kinetic missiles. Using four Dread Gurista Ballistics.
I'd calculate this with tech II ballistics if they existed but I cant and the dreads are the closest thing to t2 right now.. so it would actually be a bit less DPS with T2, this seems fair to me.

If I remember correctly Tuxford mentioned it again about the MK2 project when discussing the new Kestrel (which is very nice btw). Maybe because missiles are 'objects' and not raw calculation like for turrets, dunno. When revamping the interceptors, they also removed some RoF bonus and replaced them with plain damage bonus. But hey, I'm getting old, I might be wrong 
And how the hell can you PvP in a Cerberus worth 1 billion Jim, you won the Zealot BPO or something?

Haha... this is a riot. Can you fly one? I suspect not... because if you can you'll realize that with max skills and low slots full of damage mods it's not possible to do that kind of damage.
