I have them and have no use for the darn things. I'd really rather get something I can use. Where can I sell them because as it is they sit in my hangar and gather test.

Some agents ask for them in part-exchange for rewards.

Thanks Silv. I found out that Thukker Mix stations will buy some of the Ammatar tags I have, But what about the other factions. Anyone know where the Sansha, Gurista or Blood Raider tags can be sold to NPC's?

Agreed totaly, I have 100's of them and dont know where to trade them in or sell them.
Any chance that someone in the know can make a datasheet or something like the list that gives out agent details and data and the deadspace locations?

Come on people someone have to know something about them. Post anything you know about tags here. I know people who've got tons of the things and would like to make some isk off of them.

I know there's a PC floating around in a ship near some of the starting starbases that gives out missions for the Navy and the mission asked for 5 serpentis tags. Told ya to go to neighboring systems with less security and check the belts for 'rats. Also, some of the military corps ask for them in offers.

^ probably means NPC's outside of stations. its the in-space agents, new feature, you know?
ok, yeah, its been said. agents may sometimes ask for tags to do some thing or another. may be part of a mission or part of an Offer. "bring me 100 such and such tags, 1 billion LP and your firstborn and Il give you this faction something or other." just buy a medium cargo can, toss it in your hold and stack every last tag in there. if they are asked for, or you know someone is looking for a particular one, bam, there you go. no muss, no Real fuss.

Thukker also has buy orders for Caldari Navy tags.

The rat faction tags were/are used mostly for agent offers (agents want them in return for offered item). Unfortunately, CCP has removed most (maybe all) of the faction module offers from the game (the ones, other than faction ships, that required tags). So nowadays, there isn't much use for most of the tags other than the few types needed for faction ships.
Has to be one of the dumbest moves CCP has made in the 2 years I been playing - effectively making a large part of the loot table (inlcuding most officer tags) worthless.

You can sell tags to pirate agent mission runners so they can resell them to the faction theyre working for.

It's kind of sad then as I have tons of Sansha tags that are effectively worthless. It's nice to know that Thukker Mix will buy angel tags. I just can't believe there's no option to sell pirate tags to concorde.

What Ammatar tags do you have, out of curiosity?
