Ticondrius	Posted - 2005.09.24 16:23:00 - [11] Before the Inertia fix a long time ago, it was possible to take a Dominix up to several hundred thousand km/sec. I think I remember hitting like 0.5 AU/sec once when I got hit by a torpedo. Basically the bug allowed you to reach a zero inertia with the correct modules. Long since fixed.

It was a scorpion, i did not have any skills to use cruise missiles or torps (lol) and it was equipped with a heavy missiles. There we were - hunting some pyrate in local, when my gangmember warped somwhere to refit his ship. next thing u know - i am facing an arma wich started to OMGPWN me real bad. Then i did a genious thing, i warped to member... That gangmember was refitting at his POS. I bumped the repelling force field (pos) at warp speed and next thing i know - i was flying backwards with speed of about 8k m/s. Then the turrents kicked in :(. So i think that i do hold on the absolute speed record for BS. Just thought to share that expirience with u ppl... Fly safe

I ran the same on my thorax for 8448m/s with no implants before the nerf, but it can't get near that now. How recent is the screenshot? Also, that T1 frig one looks like a bug. That MWD gives 661% increased speed, not 816%. What implants are there that affect MWD speed? As far as I am aware, there's only a single 5% one. That wouldn't even make it break 700%.
