It is with a sincerely heavy heart, that I must withdraw KIA from our current contract.
An internal split, which was developing b4 this contract, has finally erupted.
KIA has lost no fewer than 10 core members in the last few days, and as such we simply cannot fulfill this contract in the manner we know our employer, and our own selves, deserve.
Having spoken to our employer, we have decided this course of action to be taken.
I take full and unequivable responsibility for this situation, and no blame lies anywhere else but at my own feet.
KIA will be taking stock for the next couple of weeks, and then decide on the path we must take to ensure happyness for our corp members.
My deepest apologies to our Employer, and my open apologies to BoB, thank you for a smackless and respectful engagement, we only wish that we could of offered you the fight that KIA have been known for.
Flame away I guess.

Hope KIA can regain there strenth, members and dont go down the road that S.A.S are going down atm.
Good luck in the future i guess and good luck to the remaining KIA members in what they do next aswell.

If the KIA guys I know from beginnig are still in control, I know that it will rise again to be a PvP force to be reckoned with. The guys I know in KIA are good PvPers, beyond reproach.
I looked at the recent bloodbath on the BoB killboards and noticed that ALL of those slaughtered were names I did not know. This indicates to me that an influx of "non-KIA worthy" members has happened. Growing large is not always growing better. KiaEDDZ, I know you will fix this.
KKIAEddz, KiaGarpy, KisStumpy, ARTEGG (dude I miss you), and many other of those friends I made in KIA early on need to take back control, because they would have not let this happen.
KIA is one of Eve's "staples" when it comes to PvP and I am sure that things will be sorted out and you will return to the battlefield in victory once again.
You guys ROCK in my book, always.

Sorry to hear that Eddz, for KIA, your employer and indeed, BoB. It's always a hard thing when a dedicated crew looses a number of players for whatever reason, can really take the heart out of both your battle line and your players.
Best of luck in the coming weeks getting the handle back on KIA and I hope you get those nancy boys back from WoW!

BF2 is just me and a few peeps, not nearly enough to have affected recent changes, Basically I bought the server and stole the KIA name. :D

Same happened to us, we lost bout 10 of our really good pvpers to RL and were left with new recruits and lower skill point ppl..... while they tried very hard, they just couldnt keep our corp at the lvl we were used to.. they also couldnt compete with the blobs that ppl are insisting in being part off. Where did all the skill go?.
Alot of folks are gonna say its due to the heavy loses they took, looking at the BOB killboard in all due respect, most were ganks.. Their is big difference in being outclassed to being outnumbered.
1 corp taking on full alliance is never easy.

Mate, this was just a dumb thing to say and will do nothing but provoke flames from both sides, especially when you have no clue about what was going on.

You were not even remotely involved and you have to start the flamebaiting and additionally state you expect future flames?
And no, there were no "heavy losses". Some losses, but not heavy so there's no reason to believe those played any major part in this. You won't see any of us going to claim our kills made any difference.

Uhmm darth, with all due respect and stuff, most of these losses came from BNC engagement which, by how it looks on fraps recordings, was more than even... so please, don't spin? :/

A conciderable number of "Old School" KIA have not been playing for nearly six Months now.
At times Eve seemed like a second job trying to get people organised and keep people happy, when all we wanted to do was have fun and blow people up. Maybe one day the old days will return, and we will be laughing at InkZ's n00bishness again.
A lot of people may see EddZ as an arrogant SOB, but he is rightly proud of what he created with KIA. And the people who wanna flame him for it make baby Jesus cry.
To the guys who have recently left KIA. Thanks for all you time and effort. You made us proud. EddZ and the "old School" KIA. Thanks for all the memories. You made this game worth playing for me. Thanks.
As for calling myself, InkZ, Gumpy, Iratus, Duplex, Clash etc etc nancy boys for playing WoW!? Our Silverleaf pwns ur Veldspar.

As one of the players who was on the receiving end in the two engagements in question  , I can confirm that we were slightly outnumbered in the first and more or less equal, in terms of numbers, in the second. They were not ganks. My respect goes to the BOB guys I "met" for a smack free "war" and their fighting abilities.

sheesh... i didnt flame, im saying KIA dont have the numbers as they had already confirmed, i can relate to that as the same thing happened to us..
killing ppl by ganking is perfectly ok.. its hard for small corps to compete when they dont have the numbers.
dont dictate to me what i can or cannot write. some are so bitter they see things that are not even there. now keep it real and respect what others have to say.

Too bad Eddz, and to the rest of the KIA lads, was hoping you would stick it out and give us a damn good showing...
Gl in your future ventures in EvE or whichever game you play... I can't say anything about WoW tho, I play it also Guildwars hehe..
Nothing beats Eve for the PVP tho, so hopefully you will come back stronger and try again so we can have some fun and shannanigans in space...
