I currently have my machariel setup this way
High slots
7x Republic Fleet 800mm cannons
1x cloak ( null sec necessity)
Medium slots
Pith X-Type X Large shield booster
Pith A-Type Shield amp
Pith C-Type Adaptive Invuln
Pith X-Type explosive hardener
Pith A-Type EM hardener
Low slots
2x Gyrostablizer II ( needs upgrading to faction eventually)
5x Cap Power Relay
Rigs
2x Large CCC I
1x Large CCC II
My question is how do I avoid using so much cap power relays? I tried using flux coils but it is not stable with flux coils.
My capaciter skills are maxed out.
My goal is a perma capstable fit. |

Found your problem.
If you just can't or won't give that up -- and you really should, like, now -- then try a medium shield booster or a Gist large instead of the Pith.

When I looked at those lows, my neck snapped so quickly to the side that I nearly paralyzed myself.
Do not try to make a cap-stable Machariel.
Go with the above advice. |

Can't you just fit it like a standard L4 mach with t2 guns, cap booster and bling on gyros, TEs and tank?

and no one fits a cpr to an active shield tanker.
how ever in the case of no trolling
5% cap implants are your friend.

Lol, definitely not trolling.
The fit I posted was a eft build and I haven't even done it yet in game. I am used to armor tanking but a vindy is hard to use against null sec angels. So I decided to make setups for a mach which would be easier to use in angel null space.

I think some people need that ability to afk whenever they want to so the shield booster needs to be running 100% |

Here's a ridiculously overspecified ratting fit. Just zoom around with the afterburner running and you'll passive tank the damage most of the time. The shield booster is really there just to top your shields up if you derp and get stuck on an asteroid or something.
