Note that it is for final hits as getting on a general "kill" can be as simple as applying an EWAR effect.
You can also see we have been #1 among player corps for some time by going to ZKillboard and looking at all the factions. |

I would also like to add that this was actually achieved on the 5th (Eve's 10th anniversary) but the API only updates at downtime, thus the slight delay in posting. |

Well, you can use killboards but they aren't as reliable..
Maybe CCP could expand their API one day. |

If you can edit that, I think you should use this URL instead:

That's the Official API stats, instead of the stats from another killboard (Though Amarr militia looks like it scrapes those stats from the API). |

Very nice. It's always a delight to read up on the militia lore of yesteryear as much of this was before my time. Hard to believe that even SLAPD was a militia corp that engaged in the occupancy wars way back then. Would love to read more of this stuff from all sides regardless of faction.
I remember when I entered FW in early 2012 (months before Inferno came), I had the pleasure to learn from FCs such as Chat, Kirk, and Dopified. I always knew I wanted to FC but I had to learn from others first before striking out on my own. My fleet comp and FC style has certainly been influenced by shield FCs such as Chat as I tend to do missile cruisers or Shield Tier 3 gangs to help offset the Gallente LOLpers in my corp :) May your legacy continue to live on in the next generation of space combat pilots.
