Stuu	Posted - 2005.10.13 13:01:00 - [1] The only way to get more players to move to 0.0 space is to stop the lvl 4 agents in high security and move them to low security space (0.1 - 0.5). Once this is done then put the agent mission where you meet them in space (forget the name ) and move them to 0.0 space and make them nice and rich (good loot + rewards). This is due to me living were no agents are and it can be boring as hell just ratting in belts or doing a 10/10 complex. Just my pennies worth!
