Business plan tells:
Docking policy
- To encourage trade, the ISS Marginis Outpost will be open to all pilots with neutral or positive standings.
ie. To start with, all pilots and corporations can dock at the outpost.
- Pilots, corporations or alliances will be set to -ve standings in [ISSMO] and incur either outpost facility penalty surcharges or denied docking privileges for the following:
- Committing acts of piracy regularly in the outpost system and neighbouring systems resulting in a major disruption of trade
- Committing acts of aggression towards the ISS including:
> Declaring war on the ISS
> Accepting Mercenary contracts against the ISS
> Setting -ve standings towards the ISS
> Declaring ISS pilots KOS (Kill on Sight)

We have a list of who have bought shares, but I know for a fact that many of them have already resold a lot of them, so our investor list is already outdated. Additionally, I believe that at least some of the investors don't want to have their names published.
If your not going to keep an up to date list of shareholders how are you going to know who to pay dividends too?

I think there is a pay dividend function - you tell it how much to pay out and it send the correct amount to each person who holds shares ...

The divident button will allow you to set a payout per share. Its not related to the person holding the shares but the shares themselves. They get payed.

i hope u have not got many enemys, its good idea, but i would not try it. selling shares of outpost wich das not build yet... i dont know... its can finish badly if u loose platform, persanaly me, would not take this risk. specialy when u openly talking bout, best bet ,i think, biuld first - sell when its ready. but its only my position.
Hope u will able to achive ur gols.

Would it be possible for you to drop a list of exsisting shareholders to all the other shareholders?
Would an up to date list be maintained by yourselves?
Or is that asking too much?

We won't be publishing a list of individual shareholders, because the share investments should remain private, plus as people trade shares, we won't actually know who the final shareholders are.
